★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the fastest bank I have visited in the Budapest. Staffs are really kind and friendly. They are always ready to help. The cashier women is so kind. I have some mistake but she corrected it with kind behavior. They all look professional and they exactly know what they are doing. I usually visit them. Maybe someone has bad day with them but I don’t think it should affect the all things. as one of the big and well recognized bank of Budapest they has maintained their standards. Overall Friendly, kind & supportive so Five Star from me ?

As you enter you have to get your number to be served (the screen is also available in English), then you wait by the entrance sitting in one of the available armchairs. There's also a receptionist/security who can help you if you need (I've seen him helping with elderly people). The wait is not that long I would say, since there's a lot of staffed desks. Staff is friendly, welcoming and willing to help, and speaks English (I spoke with four different employees). I also like the account packages offered and the clarity of terms and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Taking a loan took more than half a year, they walked back on every single promise they made and months after they payed out the loan they realised they made ANOTHER huge mistake and they want ME to be responsible for their mistake ... again.
Not to mention the worst staff ever. They are kind until you want something to be done. Then it turns out nobody really knows anything.
Avoid this bank at all costs.
