Waiting time is endless.and unfortunately the Service here is really bad. I got number and I waited for 40 min and they didn’t call me. They do everything except working and they don’t give all the services available and unfortunately they don’t speak any english . So disappointed I think they should hire more competent workers

Very rude shop assistance named Laszlo *. Wait like 20 mins and go to the desk 2, one assistance named Laszlo just told me, no english with very angry voice, then throw my sequence number into the trash bin. Can't believe in Telekom service shop, the assistance can not speak english, and feeling very arrogant. I mean at least you should feel sorry that you work here but without any english basic. I told him then find some of your colleagues who can speak english, one lady come and solve the problem.

Very worst customer service. As I'm new to Budapest. I went to the store for internet activation. The staff treated me like a stranger. She didn't even provide me the information that I needed. She was keep on saying "give me money, give me money....." she didn't even listen to what I'm saying. Horrible experience with telekom. After this experience I have decided to change my network. Sorry to telekom, you have lost your one customer. If it will continued, you may loose more customers. Thank you

Don't be deceived by the take-a-number machine by the entrance that promises service in English. You can press the button that offers service in English, but nobody speaks any English here. I found it hard to distinguish staff from customers because staff don't appear to wear any uniform or clothing that clearly identifies them as staff. Unprofessional service: staff laughing and chatting among each other when they were supposed to be dealing with customers. The man who served me left halfway through dealing with my problem without explanation and disappeared for several minutes to a back room. Moreover, he didn't seem to know how to solve my problem. He fiddled with my phone for a while, claimed the job was done, but I didn't get any printed receipt or record to prove that he'd solved my problem. I won't go here again. Avoid! EDIT (a few days later): So it turns out that although I received an assurance in the shop that they had fixed my problem, they failed to do so, in fact. As a result of their incompetence my mobile phone contract was cancelled and I had no phone number for half a week. I've now transferred my number to another mobile provider.

I would like to give 0 stars but 1 is the least I can give. The customer service is absolutely terrible. First I made the mistake of pulling the "english customer" waiting number. When I got to the employee, he didn't even speak english. He continued to complain in Hungarian to his colleague and when I asked a question he swore at me in Hungarian (thinking I wouldn't understand) and refused to do anything himself. This is just ridiculous customer service. Not only this, they screwed up my contract so I had no wifi for the past 5 days... (Which is why I came back in the first place)

Customer service here is terrible. Yelling at customers just because we asked to take a look the computer screen to see how many times I paid. Only if I can give negative points.. If you don’t speak Hungarian, you will wait forever here. I waited for an hour and saw other people being called who came 30 min later than me. I had to come out getting my work NOT done.

Five stars hands down. T Mobile service is superior. I am a T mobile customer in the US for more than 10 years. I just moved to Budapest and needed a broadband service at my apartment. Others ( competitors) seemed mostly to look for a reason to forgo my business and excuses to do so. T mobile staff on the contrary was trying and have helped my situation. I got my service ( 200 Mb/ sec ) in just three days. Others could offer something in a month and I would have to jump through a lot of hops to get it. Joseph and Norbert were very competent, courteous and helpful. The technician who came for installation spoke very good English was very professional and efficient. Thanks!
