Not only I didn’t get my product, but was never contacted on the issue resolution. After I went to the store and wrote two e-mails, they finally responded I raised a complain and they will work on it till mid February?! This doesn’t make sense at all! I just want my product back! Why is it so hard to timely update your customer on the resolution?

I changed mi product the same day and the guy was yelling me basically because they need to work on the change, people on the cash register are rude, they just ignore you and keep talking or walking, awful experience, never again!
