Outstanding! We brought in a suede jacket with very bad ink stains on it (from a pen). They were uncertain whether they would be able to get the stain out but said they would try their best. They did a fantastic job! You can still tell that something happened, but it is very subtle and the ink colour is completely gone. Very affordable as well, I would have expected to pay twice what we paid for the excellent job they did :) If you need dry-cleaning done in Budapest, this is the place to go! Reliable, timely, and affordable!

Worst dry clean place ever! Late in cleaning, when you call one number no one is answering and when you call another number they expect you to understand Italian! They don't speak English. Save your money, time and energy and avoid this place at all costs.

*Terrible experience and worse response* I have been there 3-4 times. First few times went smooth. Nice employees. Good job. This time I sent 2 pairs of pants, an expensive coat, and a skirt. 1. They gave me a date it would be ready by. I came the *day after* it was supposed to be ready and after 10 minutes of looking for the clothing they finally found them but they were not yet ready. I left empty handed. 2. I came again 2 days later. After 15 minutes of searching they found my pants. 3. After 20 minutes of waiting, they finally found the coat. In a bin somewhere in the back. They quickly wrapped it up and gave it to me. 4. The skirt they couldn't find anywhere. After 25 minutes they found it in one of the machines. (It was supposed to have been ready 3 days earlier!) I told them I had to run and would come back after an errand to pick all the items up. They told me they were closing soon and to wait. I said I couldn't (as after 25 minutes I was already late to my next errand) so they agreed to let me come a little later. 5. I came back 30 minutes later picked up my stuff and went home. They said "sorry" and gave me a slew of excuses. No actual apology. No attempt at rectifying. 5. After I got home I checked the coat. It has wet spots all over it! It is still dirty. And it smells like mildew. It definitely was not cleaned properly and it is wet! I sent it to to dry cleaners and received back a wet, unclean coat. 3 full days after it was supposed to be ready by. Very disappointed.
