As they are very busy it is highly recommended to make appointments for scheduled maintenances, oil changes, tire changes, etc. and unless you are buying a new car from them directly off their showroom floor, yes, you will have to wait until the Toyota factory processes your order and makes your car. Just like any other 'to-order' manufacturing process! ?
