A little walk, a little sunbath, a carefully peeled mask and it’s already like we’re out in nature. Of course, turning your back on the boulevard is constantly high traffic. Not a single student can hurt with some music.

Modern, beautiful, clean park. Personally, I really like this place.

The "new Monastery Fortress" was built not far from Erőd Street Although more than 100 years have passed between the construction of the two forts, there are differences. More than the Monostori Fortress, it was built as a green and not a park if not a military fortress. The new Millennium Park would have been originally built as a park, but in reality a two-story underground garage was built and the park designer was told to green the roof and make a detached meeting place with 3 concrete artificial trees instead of the park. Put a solar panel that is fashionable today in the canopy of the work, for what we don’t know, but it’s so interesting. The fortress character of the facility is strengthened by the construction of tank-proof thick steel gates. Which protects it from a smaller tank, but even a 70-year-old man can easily climb over it. The facade of Little Rókus Street is catastrophic, concrete and steel everywhere. Nonetheless, I have to commend the park planners, as they have managed to create an acceptable one, taking into account the capabilities of the underground garage and the needs of the client. Perhaps in place of the many paving stones, a playground should have been created, with a sandpit, a swing, a slide, and so on. This would have been easily accomplished on top of the underground garage. The transport of prams and people with reduced mobility should also have been better considered. Let’s love the new fortress, enjoy its positives.
