Ügyfélszolgálat: KATASZTRÓFA Motoros bérletet vettem, a beléptető kártyám már az elején "érvénytelen" volt, ami miatt sem a bejáratok, sem a sorompók nem engedtek be. Minden egyes alkalommal be kellett csengessek, hogy engedjenek be. 3x mentem az irodához kideríteni, hogy mi lehet a gond, ezek voltak a válaszok: "sajnos ilyen a rendszer, a motorokat nem érzékeli", "nincs hátsó kamera ami leolvasná a rendszámot", "ja hogy eddig teljesen üres volt a kártya" stb. A legutóbbi alkalommal amikor csöngettem, láttam, hogy bent ül az irodában az ember. 4 percen keresztül vártam, ő meg folyamatosan lenyomta a telefont és nem nyitotta fel a sorompót. (Ezúton is kösz tes! <3). Szóval inkább fogtam magam és megkerültem a sorompót. Ebből kifolyólag nem is feltétlen kell bérletet venni a motorosoknak, ha úgysincs ellenőrizve. Nyugodtan kerüljétek meg a sorompókat és parkoljatok lent! Siralmas az egész. Demanding, beautiful, well-maintained underground garage. The last time I rang, I saw a man sitting inside the office. I waited for 4 minutes, and he kept pressing the phone and not opening the barrier. (Thanks again! <3). So I preferred to catch myself and get around the barrier. As a result, motorcyclists do not necessarily have to buy a pass if they are not checked anyway. Feel free to avoid the barriers and park below! It's all pathetic.
