★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezsúfoltak minket (5-6 várakozó) egy 4nm-es váróterembe ahol rengeteget kellett várnunk. Egy kb. 60nm-es légkondicionált teremben 1 db ügyintéző volt, aki 20 percenként fogadott egy ügyfelet. Amikor az egyik várakozó szóvá tette, hogy megfulladunk a váróteremben, a légkondicionált helyiségben flangáló biztonsági őr annyit mondott: "tudom, ez van". Amikor rákérdeztem, miért vártam 45 percet, azt mondták: "csak három ügyfél lehet egyszerre bent", de csak egy ügyfél volt bent rajtam kívül egész végig.
 We were crowded (5-6 waiting) into a 4sqm waiting room where we had to wait a lot. An approx. In the 60sqm air-conditioned room, there was 1 clerk who greeted a client every 20 minutes. When one of the waiters spoke that we were drowning in the waiting room, the security guard flanging in the air-conditioned room said, "I know it is." When I asked him why I waited 45 minutes, they said, “only three clients can be inside at once,” but only one client was inside outside of me all the way through.
