It is so convenient to get expected delivery time. The only thing I would ask for to send this info a bit earlier, for example around 8 am. Keep it up.

0/5 Star Total waste service, they didn’t call me even my phone number was clearly written while ordering from AliExpress. If you fine they are delivering then please call them in advance ?

Idea is perfect but the service is total mess now. I order from Aliexpress just because i am not at home from 7-18, so i always collect my parcel from post office after work. Now sometimes the parcels delivered by Viddl which they have limited working hours. It is totally a pain point of them. Plus, delivery guys usually are not so cooperative. - Once I told them I am not at home and I cannot collect it from your office, is it possible to give it back to Post office he said okay but my parcel was brought to their office. - Another case: Delivery guy called me and asked if I am home I told him no, i am not and only possible time is just before 18:00. Even if the delivery interval was from 16 to 18 he told me it is impossible to deliver it at 18:00 and there is nothing he can do. IF ONLY THERE WAS A WAY NOT TO CHOOSE THEIR SERVICE IN CASE OF ALIEXPRESS ORDERS :/

I got e-mail confirmation on a delivery time of 12:00-14:00. The courier called over an hour and a half late, by which time no one was home. He took the parcel back to HQ, which I tried calling many times, but they would immedately reject the call. Nonexistent customer service and an absolutely terrible company! I don’t recommend them at all.

Excellent service The delivery was unexpectedly super fast considering the package was sent from another country . The courrier arrived even few minutes earlier than the scheduled time - which worked out great for me. The courrier was very friendly and polite

Those ViddL guys have no idea about what a doorbell is, first they call the phone and they only use the doorbell if they do not get someone on the line after the 3rd call... :) The email notification that they arrive is sent 3 hours before the appointment, do you think people are on duty for you and they will be able to change their plans in 3 hours? why can you not wait 24 hours after sending the information when the parcel arrives and then the receipient would be able to prepare for the next day, i guess your company will go down the drain faster than slower, as fast as it appeared as fast you will get brankrupt... I hope the world will get free of ViddL and all those other companies who do not know how to treat recepients... I have an issue with ordering from the internet only since those companies exist, there was never any issue around 5-6 years ago... Now you make not cheaper service but worse service and that is what you are able to do perfectly, you are able to deliver the worst experience to the recpients of parcels in Hungary, congratulations!

Total mess. They never use your doorbell and just calling you after they left your premises to go to their pick up point and deal with it as you wish. Do not rely on the e-mail you are getting from them although it says they will try to deliver it again the next day they will not.

They tried to deliver my package two workdays in a row between 11-2 after sending me a notification email around 10. The link to ask for my package to be delivered to their service point instead where I would pick it up lead to an empty webpage. Their tracking via messenger doesn't work. After these two days, they are returning my package to the sender even though I called them to arrange pick-up at their service point about an hour after they couldn't find me at home (according to their customer service, they can't store my package for a single night, because they don't have a warehouse at all, which is surely an inconvenience what with import shipments having to be cleared with customs before delivery). The phone number in their email wasn't actually the one I had to call. This cannot possibly be a sustainable business model, and I sincerely hope that whoever deals with complaints is paid really well.
