Teréz körút 2 alá. Ezt se a weboldalon, se Podmaniczky utcai üzletben nem tudták kiírni, pedig tényleg nem lenne nagy energia kicserélni a papírt.
A UPS a szememben mindig is egy premium szolgáltatással próbált kitűnni a többi cég közül, ezt tapasztaltam más országokban is, gyors ügyfélszolgálat, rengeteg Access Point, pontos weboldal.
Ezzel szemben ez a budapesti helyzet nem ezt mutatja, azonnali változtatásra van szükség.
