Most hibás terméket kaptam, az öntáguló locsoló tömlő 3 méterében nincs cső, csak anyag, és nem tudom elérni őket telefonon. Arról nem is beszélve hogy számlát nem küldtek. Egy NAV os meg fogyasztóvédelmi ellenőrzést megérdemelne a cég. Küldtek egy fűrészgépet, ami 3 percig működött terhelés nélkül, aztán megállt, és többé nem indult. Három havi levelezés, fenyegetőzés, facebook-ra írás után küldtek egy cseregépet, ami törött volt!!! Azóta várom, hogy visszafizessék az árát, és a postaköltséget. Immáron ötödik hónapja. Naponta küldenek egy semmitmondó, mindig ugyanolyan levelet, de ennyi. Ennél többet elérni náluk lehetetlen. Már kint volt nálunk a TV, megcsinálták a riportot, remélem, hamarosan sorra is kerül az adás. Kíváncsi vagyok, vajon az elég lesz-e ahhoz, hogy rendezzék a dolgot. Ezert ugy döntöttem hogy rendőrsegi geljelentest tesuek ellenük a holnapi napon jogtalan hadzonszerzes vadjaval, mert emailbanis leleztem neki hogy ha holnapra nemutaljak visdza a penzemet megteszem a feljelentest! Állítólag készlethiány van , a beszállítót várják. De sem egy email sem egy sms- t nem küldtek hogy mi a helyzet. Rá adásul előre fizettünk. Borzasztó hogy a mai világban még létezik ilyen szemét cég. A pénzed kell, de termék nincs. Hirdetnek olyan terméket ami nincs is készleten. Ha volt is párdarab legalább annak küldenék ki , (ha már korrektnek érzik magukat) , aki előre fizetett. Senki nem ajánlom hogy vásároljanak tőlük. Hányinger. Gusztustalanok. A telefonban is flegma bunkók. Valaki már a fejükre koppinthatna igazán hogy észre térjenek. Az egy csillag nem azért jár mert szuperek, csak mert nem lehet tovább lépni ha nem jelölök. Erre küldik az e-mailt "beszerzés alatt" az aru, utána meg hogy "foglalva" van, aztán végre jön az új állapotértesítő e-mail: kiküldve. Felcsillan bennem a remény, de nem érkezik semmi a kiszállítási címre. Várok egy hetet, felhívom őket, kiderül tévesen jött az e-mail, még mindig nem jött az adott órából szállítmány, várjak egy-két napot. Várok egy-két napot, talán többet is, de továbbra sem történik semmi. Nov.7-én írok nekik (nem volt türelmem kivárni az ügyfélszolgálatot), hogy mivel nem kaptam terméket, elállnék a vásárlástól. Nem kaptam semmi választ, a pénzemet sem kaptam vissza...és most már dec.05. van. Az ügyfélszolgálatuk meg elérhetetlen csak szól és szól a zene... Silány, egy forintot nem érő termékeket forgalmaz, csak azt nem tudom hogyan tudnak még működni, amikor már ennyi embert megkárosítottak, becsaptak!!! Én a Gruppiacon keresztül rendeltem ágyneműt tőlük, bár ne kaptam volna meg... A leghitványabb minőségű sz...r anyagból készült, egyszer ki lehet mosni, utána mehet a kukába. Az okosóra amit ezzel egyidőben rendeltem, az a legnagyobb örömömre nem érkezett meg, mert utána olvastam a véleményeket, hogy az is milyen gagyi termék! Ne rendeljen tőlük senki semmit!!!!
