★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzletben az unokám a spórolt pénzéből vásárolt egy ezüst fülbevalót 2800 Ft amely kb egy hetes használat után eltörött. Visszavittük az üzletbe gondolván talán van rá valami garancia,megjavították és kértek volna 1800 Ft javítási díjat ami felháborító. Utána vettünk ugyanott egy másik fülbevalót ami szintén szintén eltörött.A tulajdonossal beszéltünk telefonon aki közölte nem gondoljuk.hogy kifogják javítani garanciába. Felháborító.hogy egy üzlet ilyen rossz minőségű.silány árút forgalmazzon.Soha többet nem vásárolok itt semmit és nem ajánlom senkinek ha nem akar úgy járni mint mi.
 In the store, my granddaughter bought a silver earring for $ 2800 from her saved money, which broke after about a week of use. We took it back to the store thinking it might have some warranty, had it repaired and would have asked for a $ 1800 repair fee which is outrageous. Then we bought another earring in the same place which was also broken. We talked to the owner by phone who said we don't think they were going to get it repaired under warranty. Outrageous.that a shop is of such poor quality.sale merchandise.I never buy anything here and would not recommend it to anyone unless you want to go like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak azért kapott kettőt mert az ékszer szépen lett megtisztítva, sajnos nem irattuk rá az ékszer leadásakor a pultos által mondott árajánlatot, így kicsit ijesztő volt a 3.5-szörös végösszeg. Csak így tovább, ha még további vevőket kívánnak veszteni.
He only got two because the jewelry was nicely cleaned, unfortunately we didn’t write on the quote the bartender said when he delivered the jewelry, so the 3.5x total was a bit scary. Only so on if you want to lose even more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a birthday gift from this shop and bought a silver chain which turned black in one month only which Is un acceptable I went back to the shop to change it and the lady in savoya was really rude she didn't provided me any after sale service and told me than she cannot do any thing .at the end I just leave a 12000 fornit chain at shop and tell her to take as a gift from my side !!!
I tell every one not to anything from this shop they have all fake products don't waste your money here people !!!!!!!!!
