A lényeg, hogy nem sikerült a felújítás az ígéreteknek megfelelően és több százezres kárt okozott, mivel ritka beltéri elemekről volt szó.

The point is that the renovation failed as promised and caused hundreds of thousands of damage as these were rare interior items.
