S	Stefano Padova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli ügyintézés. Megpróbálom röviden összefoglalni a "bérlésem" történetét. Egy pénteken akartam itt autót bérelni az utána lévő keddre. Pénteken lefoglaltam az oldalon, ami egyébként tájékoztató jellegű, mivel sokszor nem tükrözi a valóságot, pl. amit szerettem volna bérelni, ahhoz az autóhoz 5 éves jogsi kell, ellenben a honlapon teljesen mást írták és nekem is mást mondtak. A honlapon tehát engedte lefoglalni az autót, majd napokig nem hallottam róla semmit. Az e-mailekre nem válaszolnak, ne is írjon nekik senki, dolgozni nem divat ennél a cégnél, mert a telefont szinte sose veszik fel. Nagyjából 10-12 hívásomba került, mire eljutottam odáig, hogy oké, van egy autó másnapra. Az eredetileg általam bérelt legújabb 3-as BMW valakinél volt, de persze a honlapon engedte kibérelni, és nem is szóltak volna róla, 1 e-mail, vagy telefon se jött tőlük, hogy nem elérhető. Nagy nehezen béreltem egy másikat, amiről kiderült, hogy más a feltétele, mint amit írtak. Ők maguktól egyszer se hívtak volna fel, pedig nem is olcsó bérlésekről lett volna szó. Soha többet nem fogok itt autót bérelni és senkinek se ajánlom ezt a céget. Az eddigi értékelések biztos, hogy nem igaziak. Undercritical administration. I booked it on Friday, which is informative as it often does not reflect reality, eg. what I wanted to rent would be a 5 year old legal car for that car, but on the website they wrote something completely different and told me something else. So he let me book the car on the website, and for days I didn't hear anything about it. They don't respond to emails, don't write to anyone, it is not fashionable to work at this company because the phone is almost never picked up. I got about 10 to 12 calls and by the time I got to that, okay, there's a car for the next day. I had originally rented the latest BMW 3 from someone, but of course he let me rent it on the website, and they wouldn't even say it, 1 email or phone didn't come from them. It was very difficult for me to hire another, which turned out to be different from what was written. They would never have called on their own, even though they were not cheap rentals. I'll never rent a car again and don't recommend this company to anyone. The estimates so far may not be true.

Minden úgy tűnt, hogy rendben van , és egy családi programot szerveztem erre. Majd kevesebb, mint egy nappal a felvétel előtt telefonon tájékoztatnak, hogy mégsem tudják az autót biztosítani, egyszerűen azért, mert az előző ügyfél meghosszabbította a bérlést. Kész. Minden egyéb ajánlat vagy következmény nélkül. Elképesztőnek tartom, hogy ilyen megtörténhet. Egyáltalán nem ügyfélbarát hozzáállást tapasztaltam. I booked a convertible on time. A honlapon lefoglalt autó nem állt rendelkezésre, a foglalásban szereplő árért másik autót nem tudtak biztosítani (csak jóval drágábban). We rented a car from here once a few years ago, then we were satisfied, unfortunately we can't say that about this time. The car booked on the website was not available, they could not provide another car for the price included in the booking (only much more expensive).
