VIP Caravan

We rented one of the sprinters for 1 week, unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. Renting is basically a good price, the car is rolling, but the text read on the website, "The Convenience of Equipping a Luxury Hotel Room," is highly misleading. The good experience was overshadowed by the following: - We forgot our reservation, so the bus was not put together on time, we waited for a tight 1 hour before the most kind things were put together by the otherwise kind colleague. - They forgot to change the gas cylinder in a hurry, so the heating did not work on the first evening (not the most pleasant surprise in the March Alps) - the heating was already full of gas cylinders. “Although it’s written there on the website, there was no internet in the car, to which Robi only responded that it would be later. (after the car was returned). - it seems small, but this week we spent 36 euros (~ 14e HUF) extra net in the campsites, so it doesn't matter anymore. - The speakers didn't work in the car (they weren't connected to bluetooth), the TV had no sound from the speaker or its own speaker, so it didn't really work. - The car is a 14-year-old sprinter with 200,000+ kilometers, it would be enough to have a brake and handbrake replacement, the car does not stop on a minimum slope with the handbrake specifically applied to the tap, only if it is loaded in gear. - The equipment looks good, but it is not practical, some drawers below do not open even with the bed frame fully retracted, other drawer doors tore out of place in the first minute of the trip, so they had to be stored somewhere so that they would not collapse. - it's really a small thing anymore, but they don't add a tube to fill the water, which can't be rented in the campsites for hygienic reasons, so we had to fill the water with a can for a week. And most importantly, even with these, we would have been okay if we had either received an apology or felt any helpful intent. We had to call the guys more than once, they said several times that we would call back in 20 minutes so that of course they wouldn’t call me back. All in all, I don’t recommend it because it’s a little more expensive to rent much newer and more functional caravans, where you might as well deal with one’s problems.
