Worst service I ever had. We purchased a sim card but the manager didn't turn LTE and SMS services. He even didn't tell about specific settings to use the internet. So, we spent 25 euro and got the internet just after the second visit to Vodafone office.

Pathetic, poor service. Had to come in 3 times to activate an eSim and it's still not done because there's server errors on their side! Unbelievable. Despite telling them this, they offer 0 empathy or solutions, not even a refund that I've asked for after wasting hours of time.

I am waiting for more than hour. No one is working in here. The employees left at 6pm and there is only one who is serving clients. The are other employees in the back but they don’t do customer service. Extremely bad customer service!

Pathetic service, long waiting time for no apparent reason. Got a waiting number to speak with an English speaking representative yet I was assigned to a non-english speaker. In addition why in the year 2022, Vodafone has no system in their branch to make payments. Really now? How low can you get?

Avoid it, go to Telekom or Yettel which have a shop just next door. (I left after waiting for 45 minutes, so I don't know what the actual service is like here.) They are very slow, only 2 counters are actually operating, while there is a long queue. Some of the personnel are just hanging out idly or chatting in the shop without assisting customers.

The guy at the entrance was useless to provide me a correct type of ticket as he probably didn’t speak English, but it was ok. I waited less than half an hour on a Saturday morning, and was able to return my modem successfully after going to 3 other Vodafone shops. Really appreciated the lady that was able to speak English and help me.
