★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst mobile provider ever. Since their August blackout (they called it system upgrade), Vodafone even got worse. You cant get through to them on the phone, you need to queue for over an hour personally to talk to them, the My Vodafone app is totally useless. I really don't get it. Vodafone spends a fortune on marketing and hardly anything on CRM. Its a shame.

I was a vodafone user for many many years and was satisfied with the overall service but the past one year was a disaster. Not only did they never answered my calls (sometimes I waited 1.5 hours) but on many occassions they hung up the phone and when I wanted to leave the company they refused to create the final invoice and I've been waiting for almost 3 months to be able to settle the financial matters but they just don't care. Worst company you can every use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever in the past 2 years. Customer satisfaction converges to 0. You have to call their hotline? Take some food with yourself, it will take days to get in contact with them. "My Vodafone" app does not let me in now, says invalid credentials (I have not changed it btw). Clicked on forgotten password, nothing was sent to my mailbox - yes, I checked the spam folder as well). Prices are pretty high compared to Digi (I know their network is pretty low atm) - I am about to cancel my current subscription after 15 years. Unacceptable attitude overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have business account but their support is zero. And the Vodafone chat support system is the worse I have ever experienced with providers. You cannot speak with a human being. My contract will end soon, and I am pretty sure that I will change provider and based on my experience I suggest to everyone the same or do not even try to join to Vodafone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. So pity the UPC pmsold. To Vodafone. Before you had a problem, you could call the customer service in English and in less than 10 min you had the problem solved. Now they don't even answer in English, they let the employees tell a robot learned frase like sorry my English is not good enough.... They sound so miserable... And anyway they will never call back. Shame on you on cutting cutting costs.

36 hours ago they did CLONE ONE OF OUR SIM CARD AND GAVE OUR LIVE GSM NUMBER TO SOMEONE ELSE BY MISTAKE! OUR PHONE RINGS AT A STRANGER FOR 36 HOURS AND THEY REFUSE THE ACT AND FOX OT OR EVEN TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM. SO THE TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SMS GO TO THE STRANGER TOO!
