Az időponttal mázlim volt, mert senki nem volt előttem, és a fiatal srác is segítőkész volt. Sajnos a problémát nem tudta megoldani, mert nem tartanak csere médiaboxot készleten, de felvette a hibajegyet, és elindította a szerviz folyamatot. Az, hogy csak 5 nap múlva jön ki a szervíz, megint csak magát a céget minősíti, nem a konkrét ügyfélszolgálati helyet. I would give the company itself a star because it was faster to go in than to make a phone call. I was flattered by the time because no one was in front of me and the young guy was helpful too. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue because they did not keep a replacement media box in stock, but picked up the error ticket and started the service process. The fact that the service comes out only after 5 days again only qualifies the company itself, not the specific customer service location.

Egyedül 1 ember maradt ott és mikor a hölgy visszajött 20 perc után, megkértem, hogy rakjanak fel 5GB internetet a telefonomra, mire azt felelte ez nem az ő feladatuk, menjünk el az Inmedio-ba (ahol fogalmuk nem volt róla mit szeretnénk). Nem ez volt az első alkalom, hogy internetet szeretnék vásárolni és érdekes módon másik vodafone üzletben ez kevesebb, mint 5 percet vett igénybe. One of the employees left his desk while there was a long queue to go shopping for himself. There was only 1 person left and when the lady came back after 20 minutes, I asked them to put 5GB of internet on my phone, by which time it was not their job to go to Inmedio (where they had no idea what we wanted). This was not the first time I wanted to buy online and interestingly in another vodafone store it took less than 5 minutes.
