★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nem tartják a protokolt, miszerint a kapott sorszám alapján hívják az ügyfeleket.. Elég csak az ebédről visszaérkező ügyintéző elé álni és közölni, hogy nem tartana 5 percnél tovább az adott intézni valónk. Továbbá tömegszerű várakozó létszám ellenére is a fele ügyintéző csapat egyszerre távozik ebédre. Végezetül pedig a szolgáltatásnyújtás időtartama indokolatlanul magas.
Unfortunately, they do not keep a record of calling customers based on the serial number they have received. Just telling the clerk who comes back from lunch and telling us that it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes for them to do so. Furthermore, despite the large number of waiters, half of the administration team leaves for lunch at the same time. Finally, the duration of the service provision is unreasonably long.

I am disappointed with the constant rejection, the information that is incomprehensible to me, the facelift. I'm not used to this. Probably the little lady must have had a bad day. Except for a previous case, I used to be maximally satisfied.
