Two staff guys were really rude and the bed was uncomfortable, I could feel the wood under my mattress.

It’s the most terrible place I’ve ever stayed at in my whole life. The stuff was extremely rude, the wife wasn’t working during the 4 days we were there, the toilet was leaking, the linens were dirty, etc., etc. Do not stay there if you don’t want to ruin your life your vacation.

It’s a Fraud because you need to change another far far place. Wrong location and Dirty kitchen, totally different with photo on website. Waste time and money, not recommended at all

Cheap hostel located between Fovam Place and Kalvin Place. The check in is a bit slow and the beds are not really comfortable but for the price really ok! The bathroom is nice and clean. If you come with the car you have to pay a fee for parking at the street (its hard to find a place) monday-saturday 8am-8pm I can recommend this place to stay

It all started when I asked the rude receptionist to watch over my belongings in the lobby for a minute for a minute while I get a quick coffee as a friendly gesture (there was hardly any people even in the lobby at that time I would even assume responsibility for any stolen items because he insisted that I pay 1 euro to store my luggage in the luggage room even though it wasn't needed. He then rudely took my luggage and put it in the luggage room for free. Cheers mate, but drop your attitude as you are working in the tourism sector and a small inch goes a long way. I told him I'll prob extend but have to do a few admin things and get my bearings straight before I extend. He then tells me I can't go to the public kitchen because of some private event. Fine. I stay in the lobby and have my breakfast rather quickly. I then go onto the computer to do a few things. As soon as I started it, he rudely comes up to me and tells me that I need to either get a room now or leave even though it's a public lobby room with plenty of space and nobody hardly there - and I would extend longer. I was getting so sick of his attitude that I tried to get his attention while I was sitting down to which point he ignored me. He then told me to leave the hostel because I was rude even though he had the vile attitude from the start. Yea maybe I was rude in trying to get his attention as I was sitting down (I said "Hey Yo" cause he didn't respond after 5 attempts of me speaking loudly to him to get another night but it was only because of how rude he was to me at checkout and rushing me when it wasn't needed at all. This type of customer service is not only unacceptable, but just gives extremely bad vibes. Management: Please get rid/or have a stern talking to Tomek. Hire people who are better with people and just friendlier in general. It is the only task of a receptionist that's important. Not people like him who gets off on power trips for no logical reason. I ask this in all due respect from someone who doesn't even know your business as an outsider objective observer. I don't recommend this place because of the staff. Pick other places to go to besides here and don't fund intolerant/inflexible organizations.

The only advantages of this place are the price and location. It is very very very dirty - pillows and linens were with disgusting stains. A foam rubber instead of mattress ( it's not a joke). Shower drain is littered. Rooms, kitchen and even reception area are untidy. I wouldn't recommend this hostel! It was my worst experience ever!

Doors to the toilet didn't close, also no toilet paper to use or soap to wash your hands. Our window went strait on the stairway, which is not super great. The room was really tiny, but pretty clean. Personnel were friendly. Enough for one night. ?

Very friendly 24/7 reception, beds were totally fine but the bath-situation was catastrophic. I'm really not picky, and even considering that one of the two booths wasn't functioning for what ever reason, having showers, toilets and sinks in the same booth is a total hygiene hazard resulting in much discomfort. We only stayed one night, so we could skip showering for a day but even just brushing out teeth hasn't been pleasant. Enough ranting. Location is perfect, wifi worked fine, they have a functional kitchen if you prefer making your own dinner, and I guess you can't complain to much given the low price tag.
