A Warnex-es cég meg orvosolta a problémát nagyon gyorsan, mert mindenféle egyéb költségek nélkül és gyors szállítással biztosítottak egy új samott téglát. Le a kalappal előttük ? m	m csaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEM AJÁNLOM! A reklamációmra már több hete semmi válasz. Rossz terméket küldtek ki, nem azt amit megrendeltem. De ez sajnos nem volt véletlen. Megbízhatatlanok, telefonon nem lehet őket elérni, nem veszik fel a telefont, emailra sem reagálnak! A további lépés a békéltető tárgyalás lesz. A kandallót vissza küldtük, a pénzt két hét alatt sem sikerült vissza utalniuk, úgy tudom az utalás úgy történik, hogy egy kattintás az egész, nem egy utazás a személyes átadásra! Én átvételkor fizettem, a Warnex zrt ezt miért nem tudja teljesíteni?? Ma megint hitegetni próbáltak, hogy a könyvelő intézi a vissza utalást!? Könyörgöm!? Közel két hónap alatt nem sikerül átautalni a pénzt? És még nekem kell hívogatnom? A pénzt vissza uralták, miután közöltem, hogy a békéltető testülethez fordultam. D	Dániel Éles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nehézhelyzetbe került kisgyerekes családon kívántunk segíteni mint magánemberek, összedobtuk a pénzt a kandallóra majd, kértük a céget hogy legyenek szívesek lehetőségükhöz mérten támogatni egy jó ügyet. A kinézett kályhát teljesáron szerettük volna megvásárolni, a szállítási költségek mérésklését kértük. Leveleztünk, telefonon többször egyeztettünk, napokig hitegettek, majd közölték hogy nem tudják elengedni sem csökkenteni, sőt örüljünk hogy ennyiért (teljes ár ami a honlapon van) megkaphatjuk mert épp 20%-kal emelni akarnak. Egyébként nem is baj hogy nem tőlük szereztük be végül a terméket, mert mint kiderült elég komoly minőségbeli problémák vannak a kandallóikkal és a kályháikkal. Szerintem a fenntiek mindent elárul róluk.
