(Az üzletben én nem tudtam megállapítani, hogy rosszat kaptam, mert sorozatszám alapján nem tudhatom, mi van a csomagolásban. Csak otthon szembesültem vele.) A kiszolgálás kifogástalan volt! Nagyon kedvesek, udvariasak! A hiba miatt elnézést kértek, még egy vigaszajándékot (billentyűzet tisztító zselét) is kaptam. Egy év garancia jár az akkumulátorokra és töltőre. Ez nagyon jó! Bízom benne, evvel nem kell élnem. (Magyar nyelvű leírás nincs a töltőhöz) Szomszédjukban van egy fizetős grund-parkoló. Érdemes lenne szerződniük vele, hogy a vásárlóik ingyen használhassák (pl. az első fél órában). Továbbá, javasolnék egy jól látható cégtáblát, reklám-feliratot, mert nehezen található meg az üzlet. I had to visit the store three times for an order. I did not get what I ordered. For the second time, one of the parts was replaced again. (In the store, I couldn’t tell if I got it wrong because I didn’t know what was in the package based on the serial number. I only faced it at home.) The service was impeccable! They are very kind, polite! I apologized for the mistake, I even received a gift of comfort (keyboard cleaning gel). Batteries and chargers come with a one-year warranty. It is very good! I trust you don't have to live with this. (There is no description in Hungarian for the charger) There is a paid grund car park next door. It would be worthwhile for them to contract with it so that their customers can use it for free (e.g. in the first half hour). Also, I would recommend a clearly visible sign board, advertising sign, because it is difficult to find the store.

Piacon 80,-Ft-ot 2 db répáért fizetni tudok kártyával, 8800,-Ft-ot pedig itt nem tudok! 2022-ben ez nagyon ciki!!! Minimum fel kéne ajánlani, hogy ingyen kiszállítják és a futárnál fizethetek, itt erre nem voltak képesek ?? Kuka cég. Very gas company!
