★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, especially the night star-watching. Make sure you call well in advance as they fill up very fast. There are many very interesting programs for families, kids and interested adults.
Great hikes in the surrounding forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, especially the night tour. The star sky is so fabulous. This sky is only seen in the Internet but through night tour, you can see with your eyes. It's so impressive and unforgettable experience. Moreover the staffs here are so nice and hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to gaze stars without any light polution. Although we had a cold night, had a clear and beautiful view of the sky (even though I visited at the end of November). Highly recommend to visit, especially on a night when you have an opportunity to view the sky with a telescope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Park. Star gazing at the observatory would be great, if there wouldn't be kids and teenagers running about with torches making it impossible to take pictures. Its worth going somewhere else in the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The observatory is beautiful and modern, there is a small playground in front of it with balance beams in the shape of constellations. There are daily programs almost every day, Sunday morning is great with little kids in the Planetarium. Modern bathroom facilities and exhibitions are inside the building, a tall tower with lookout point and picnic tables outside. Great to visit with family, be careful on the drive there the road is a narrow one lane, use caution with hikers and bikers too. The area is occasionally closed down for forestry or hunting activities, read the signs carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place for adults and children at the same time. You can take walks in the woods, can check out the planetarium and also join star walks at night. Price is reasonable. Facilities include restrooms, also accessible for people with disabilities, big parking lot, some snacks and ice cream at the cashier desk. For guided tours reservations upfront are highly recommended.
