A Wechselmann Ignác tervezte zsinagóga a II. világháború után sokáig üresen állt. 1977 óta itt működik a Görög-Római Szobormásolatok Múzeuma, ahol 96 görög és római szobor gipszmásolata látható. A zsinagóga kertjében emlékkövet helyeztek el az elhurcolt tatai zsidók emlékére, 2004-ben pedig holokauszt-emlékhellyé avatták. The former Synagogue is located in the Heroes' Square. Its present form was obtained in 1861 by the reconstruction of an old church. The synagogue designed by Ignác Wechselmann was built in II. it was empty for a long time after World War II. The Museum of Greek-Roman Sculpture has been operating here since 1977, with plaster casts of 96 Greek and Roman statues. A memorial stone was erected in the garden of the synagogue to commemorate the deported Jews of Tata, and in 2004 it was unveiled as a Holocaust memorial.

There is an exhibition inside at the moment, but the structure is nicely kept and good to admire especially from the outside, which is the only original authentic part. It's near the baroque old city centre.
