One of the best European air carriers: "fresh" planes, flights are always on schedule, excellent service, nice staff. I used to have experience flying with other airlines, now I only fly with Aeroflot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tökéletes kommunikáció, kedves hozzáértő ügyintézés. Nincsenek felesleges körök. Gyors és korrekt ügyintézés. Minden a megbeszéltek szerint. Minden kedves ott dolgozónak még sok sok év ilyen türelmet és egészséget kívánok, hogy még millió elégedett ügyfelük lehessen.
Perfect communication, nice competent administration. No unnecessary circles. Fast and correct administration. Everything as discussed. I wish all of our employees there such a lot of patience and health for many years to even be millions of satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem korrekt társaság! A Covid beálltakor közölték vagy vouchert adnak, vagy 3 év múlva visszaigényelhetem a pézt.
Szerencsére a banknál kértem chargeback-et és visszakapuk.
Nem korrekt hozzáállás.
A Budapesti irodában pedig fizetés után már csak a vállukat húzgálják, hogy ők semmit nem tehetnek.
Not a fair company! I was told when I joined Covid they would either give me a voucher or I could reclaim the money in 3 years.
Luckily I asked the bank for a chargeback and they got it back.
Wrong attitude.
And in the Budapest office, after payment, they just shrug their shoulders so that they can't do anything.
