Good location in the city center, private parking (but very difficult to park in/out). Rooms need some improvement (noisy and uncomfortable bed, stinking towels).

Excelent location, friendly stuff and good prices. Everything was smooth, rooms were well equipped and clean. Will definitelly stay there again.

This place is terrible, rooms are very small, whole place stinks, beds are old and not cleaned. There was a pub below our balcony and it was very loud and noisy so we could not sleep until 2 am. Staff is very rude and unpolite. Only good thing from this place is: it is cheap and close to city center (you can walk to anywhere). Would not recommend to anyone.

The room has everything... Even microwave It was warm and clean and a few minutes walking from the centre 4 stars because of the location

The house is super close to the center and all ruin bars, close to everything, really, so the location is pretty awesome. They also have a garage&the price is approx 7 eur/night, which is very decent for downtown Budapest. The garage is minuscule, so you need to have some parking/moving/driving skills. The room was small indeed, but then again we did not spend time in the room. We only slept there. The beds were ok, the room was clean, we got clean towels every day and next to a stove, you got a tea kettle and some kitchenware. We only used the kettle to make some coffee. There is a 'kert', a bar/terrace right outside and it can get really loud during the night, especially if you travel during the summer. Since it was December, it was alright for us. The only minus for us was the fact that during our last night, the washing machines somewhere above us went on ALL night and we did not get any sleep at all, as they were horribly loud. To be honest, it's the first time EVER that I come across a hotel that does laundry during the night and would respectfully suggest to stop this practice as guests do want to relax and be able to get some sleep. The sounds the laundry machines were making were pretty unmistakable and in the morning I subtly asked one of the staff members that got out of a room above (that looked like a laundry room) if there had been a 'washing spree'. She confirmed. Other than this, I would say this hotel is a nice deal if you really wanna be close to everything for a decent price.

We stayed there two night, the price to quality is great, but our window for example didn't work properly and we couldn't close it. The area is quite busy so if someone is a light sleeper it's not the best option. Under the balconies there is a busy bar with loud music. Overall everything was okay.

The place is great someone here is complain it is a bit noisy but what you could expect from this part of city? :) My big complain goes only to the shower strain which was for sure not cleaned for a while so we had a big flood in our bathroom. Receptionist super nice, room has access to the balcony and even to the roof. Except the bathroom and some not so well cleaned up places in the room this place was really nice.
