P	Péter Ndi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER! Képtelenségnek tartom, hogy semmilyen email-re, megkeresésre nem válaszolnak. Persze, lehet kedzeni hivatalos levelezgetést, fogyasztóvédelmi bejelentést tenni, de sokkal beszédesebb ahogy magukat minősítik ezzel. Szerencsére feleségem fejvadász, oda is tette a pirospontot a B-payment /Borgun/ munkavállalóihoz, ha úgy éreznék, hogy másik céget is 'megkínálnának' a bűn rossz customer service-el. NEVER EVER! I consider it impossible for them not to respond to any emails or inquiries. Sure, you can handle formal correspondence, make a consumer protection announcement, but it’s much more eloquent as they describe themselves with it. Luckily, my wife is a bounty hunter, she even put the red dot on B-payment / Borgun / employees if they felt like they were ‘offering’ another company with the sin of bad customer service.

Mióta salt pay lett, megint van probléma bőven...Pénzek nem érkeznek meg időben, az ügyfélszolgálat elérhetetlen...Most már rendszeresen fennakadások vannak. On the positive side, the b-online interface, I really like it, is perfectly transparent. Ever since it became salt pay, there has been plenty of trouble again ... Money is not coming on time, customer service is unavailable ... There are now regular outages.
M	Miklós Gubucz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekem 2020 év közepéig semmi bajom nem volt velük. Fizetési szolgáltatóként kb. 5 évig jól működtek. Szeptemberben szerződést módosítottak. Az érkezett emailben "elfelejtették" a fontosabb változtatások kiemelni, hogy havidíjat is bevezettek, csak a linken elérhető szerződésben volt elrejtve ez az apróság. Szeptember óta elkezdtek havidíjat (szolgáltatók közül egyedüliként) levonni és ezen felül 1500Ft POS terminál díjat amikor nekünk nincs is terminálunk. Hiába jeleztem írásban és telefonon is, csak jönnek a levonások. Mindig kamu sablon válasz érkezik. Visszakérdezések után már egyszer sem válaszolnak. Szerződéskötést senkinek sem ajánlom. Katasztrófa lett az egész.... I had no problem with them until mid-2020. As a payment service provider approx. They worked well for 5 years. In September, the contract was amended. Even though I indicated in writing and by phone, only the deductions come. There is always a fake template response coming. After inquiries, they are never answered again. I do not recommend signing a contract to anyone. The whole thing became a disaster ....

A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat nagyon kedves, csak félretájékoztat! Érdeklődtem a felmondásról és annak feltételeiről, megnyugtattak hogy nyugodtan megtehetem. Felmondtam a szerződést, erre még egy hónapot levonnak tőlem felmondási időre hivatkozva! Inkorrekt cég. ha lehetne nulla csillagot adnék! Nagyon megbántam, hogy Öket választottam! At first, the service worked flawlessly, then after a unilateral contract amendment, the fees were raised to the skies! The telephone customer service is very kind, just misinform! I inquired about the termination and its terms, reassured that I could safely do so. I have terminated the contract, I will be deducted for another month with reference to the notice period! Incorrect company. if it could be zero stars i would give it! I was very sorry that I chose them!

Jó, hogy nem biciklis futár jön a pénzért, veszi fel, és viszi el a címzettnek. Bár jobban belegondolva, még az is gyorsabb lenne! The funny thing is that it takes days to process a card payment. Unfortunately, there was no other option in the webshop. There is really no need for such a provider. It’s good that no bike courier comes in for the money, picks it up, and takes it to the recipient. Though on better thought, it would be even faster!

It took the employees of this company 1.5 month (and A LOT of effort and undertanding from my side) to provide me with a contract that was NOT THE SAME as what we have discussed during our phone consultations. If you are unlucky enough to decide to sign anything with these people, please read the documentation carefully. What is more, the employee assigned to me was rude, slow, and unwilling to be of help. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.
