 I use their service every time because that way my package is really safe during the trip.
The service is fast, the staff there are kind and helpful, they are always open.

Ever since something very important to me disappeared from my bag and no one took responsibility for it, you’ve always packed it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk charged us the full package with insurance without saying a word. Pretty sure that's not legal to sell insurance like that. Then, our wrapped luggages got damaged. I was then happy that they forced us to have the insurance...until we needed to claim...
Excess Baggage Company deals with a really bad third party insurance with the worse customer service. It took us 5 months of back and forth to have 200 Euros back for 2 extra large luggage and the broken content. If you really need your luggage wrapped, please don't bother taking this insurance.
