★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst burger king I have ever been. It took more than half an hour to serve us three whopper menus and we almost missed our flight. Finally we got our order in a takeaway pack but the misplaced drinks spilled on everything and spoiled the food. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional. This is a fast food restaurant which is serving at an airport- how this can take that long! Do not ever try this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No english speaking no supreme fries the burger that they use for my partner vegan burger was not the original burgers and has peas and carrots inside also he wanted to charge for kétchup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous. Probably the crappiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Slow. The app doesn’t work here (the only place in Hungary!) Very slow and understaffed. Not even all the ordering kiosks work. How on earth don’t you get audited and have quality controls?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It tooks an eternity to my turn and 10 minutes before 9 the employee said: "We're closing" after I spend like 35-40 minutes to wait. I didn't had the chance to take my order and I don't know how may others. Absolutely terrible experience, the employee should have said that earlier to prevent all that people to wait uselessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest service I’ve ever had in Burger King. The cashier stopped accepting orders right when my turn came, then after 10 minutes he called another colleague to continue to accept orders. Then I ordered my cappuccino and he was preparing it while eating something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the slowest service by Burger King in Hungary. The staff doesn’t even care, average waiting time starts from 20 minutes. Good luck if you want to catch your flight.
