★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are large enough and the staff is welcoming. After visiting many hotels this is the first where the minibar is still filled (for charge of course) and there are different coffees to take also. A huge plus!

We were out most of the day, but our room was always clean when we came back, complete bathroom with all the amenities we needed
It would have been perfect to have a smart tv to connect our device but overall we loved our room
One street away from metro :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hôtel! The staff is very very nice! Always there to help! It is very quiet, very well located, really really great place ! Thank you for the staff, I stayed there a whole week for a business trip. The Deluxe Room is so nice and new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We appreciated very much our experience at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy. The room was very comfortable, spacious and also the restroom was too. We also liked the international breakfast with different kinds of meals. The service was in the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service and lack of care or attention to detail. Not acceptable for a premium hotel and not a good example of how great Hungarian hotels can be.... do not stay here, there are far better.
No Ice in the bar
Coffee machine not working
House keeping service is terrible, had to ask for a duvet ( there were 4 of us, with 3 duvets) , no toilet paper, no tissues, beds not set up for 4 ( we booked and paid for 4 of us (family))
No shower gel
Room not cleaned or tidied - yet they came in to check the minibar and top up
No Eros Pistas ( this is the Hungarian equivalent of no ketchup / mayonnaise / mustard)
Had to ask lots of times for these basics although the ice, coffee and Eros never arrived.
Felt sorry for the young lady serving us as clearly hadn't been trained and had no support.
All this for a "premium " hotel , have stayed with this chain many times before in other countries, but it was a complete disaster....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel and friendly service. Spacious rooms, with a particularly nice bathroom. Good breakfast offering and lovely location.
If you're looking to walk everywhere, perhaps a little far from the centre (35-40 mins) and a fair way from Buda (1hr +).
Only downside were beds weren't especially comfortable.
