★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eladók nagyon nem voltak kedvesek, vagy segítőkészek. Ugyanez a Westendben, mintha a Bershkaban kritérium lenne, hogy ne mosolyogj a vásárlóra és ne legyél kedves vele. A ruhák jók, nincs is túl árazva az üzlet. Remélem az eladók idővel motiváltabbak lesznek, és javíthatok a csillagokon. :)
The sellers were very kind or helpful. The same in Westend, as if it were a criterion in Bershka not to smile at the customer and not be kind to him. The clothes are good, the store is not too priced. I hope the sellers will be more motivated over time and I can improve on the stars. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én és ma egy másik Vevő is utoljára jártunk itt. Nem engedtek be a próbafülkébe a Kislányommal, aki 13 éves, hogy lássam hogyan áll rajta a megvásárolni kívánt termék.
Aki utánunk jött Hölgy ugyancsak így jár, Ő sokkal fiatalabb Gyermekének szeretett volna segíteni, illetve látni milyen rajta a ruha.
Egyébként a Lányok elég bunkók is voltak.?
I and another Buyer visited us for the last time today. They were not allowed into the booth with my Little Girl, who is 13, to see how the product she wanted to buy was on.
Whoever came after us is also like this, She wanted to help her much younger Child and see what the dress was like.
Anyway, the Girls were pretty jerks too.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ide rendeltem egy blézert, a mail szerint sorbanállás nélkül megkapom a csomagomat bármelyik alkalmazottnál a rendelési számra hivatkozva.
1., A megszólított alkalmazott a kasszához küldött sorbanállni.
2., A kasszás a fuvarlevélszámot akarta volna, ami csak itthon volt meg a letöltött mailben.
Lemondtam az áru átvételéről, soha többet Bershka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennél a boltnál már másodszor futottunk bele abba hogy hibás terméket adtak el.
Tegnap a lányom pulcsit vásarolt, pulcsi ujja több helyen is szakadt volt. Ez előző vásárláskor pedig egy nadrág zipzárja volt rossz. Nem tudom hogy az áruatvevő és az üzletvezető mit csinál, de nem a munkaaukat végzik az tuti. Ez a bolt becsapja es atveri a vevőt, hibás, szakadt és silány terméket ad el. Aki teheti kerülje el.
This is the second time we've run into a defective product at this store.
My daughter bought a sweater yesterday, her sweater sleeve was torn in several places. And on a previous purchase, the zipper on a pair of pants was bad. I don’t know what the customer and the store manager do, but they don’t do their job. This store deceives and opens the buyer, selling a defective, torn and shoddy product. Whoever can avoid it.
