Hotel is very nice, has great wellness area, is in the city center and has nice cocktails. Wellness has steam bath (which didnt work properly when we went there), sauna which was very good, nice jacuzzi and nice swimming pool. The food selection was nice and quality was good. Rooms were nice and clean, very nice shower and very spacious area around the sink to put your own stuff. The only thing why i would say this would be 5- is because some staff at the reception wasnt very welcoming. Not because they were rude, but because they could have smiled more.

Thank you for the 4 nights on theblong weekend of Pentecost! We had a lovely experience, the meals, the drinks, the staff and the rooms were unforgettable and amazing!!! We recommend the Bonvital Hotel to everyone!! ❤️ We would love to be back soon!

The hotel was very nice overall. We really liked our room. We were a group of six people in 3 separate rooms. All the rooms were in the same price category, but one of them had an older styled bathroom that wasn't mentioned before nor shown on the hotels gallery. It felt like one of the couples drew the short end of the stick and it felt unfair from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing we really liked it. There was a big selection of food and beverages. You don't have to pay extra for any of the drinks (unlike at dinner). The dinner was also great. All the food we ate was outstanding. The selection could have been a bit more. At the dinner you have to pay for all the drinks and the prices are not shy. The pool section was great also. There is one pool and one jacuzzi. There are towels and sauna mats for you to take so you don't have to take one with yourself from your room. The sauna section was amazing. Our only problem was that we were there for 3 days and out of those three we were not able to use the big pool for a hole day because it was closed due to water quality issues. We understand the reasoning behind it but it should have been fixed before opening. The parking costs extra. You can stay next to the hotel in an outdoor parking spot where the sun hits your car all day. There was an other option: there is an underground garage on the other side of the backstreet. We went with option 2. The garage door was not working so it was open 0/24. The spots were super small so prepare that you can only park here with normal sized cars. Our other inconvenience was that we were not able to charge our electric car in the hotels parking lot. In conclusion I think that this hotel is an amazing choice if you are visiting Hévíz. Price/value is great overall. I would be happy to give 5 stars, but there were some small issues that made me go with 4 at the end.

We were very excited for our stay here. Unfortunately we were quickly disappointed. The staff barely speaks English, which became clear already at the check in, where the receptionist was struggling to understand anything we were saying. We had booked a suite. The room itself was nice, however there was no welcoming book or phone list for the numbers to the reception etc. Furthermore, all the info available on the hotel room was in Hungarian. I tried calling down to the reception to ask about the spa. She just kept saying Nem tudom, and then she hung up. Quite pathetic, for a 4 star hotel, when you've booked a suite. The facilities at the hotel were nice. The spa had several pools, several saunas and a steam room. We enjoyed our time there. During our stay, the air condition also failed. It did not work for our entire stay, which was quite displeasing. The only thing saving this hotel from a 1 star review, is the fact that the resturant connected to the hotel was simply amazing. The food was delicious, but the drinks even better. Two extremely talented bartenders, will make a party in your mouth. The brix resturant itself deserves a 5 star. it's unfortunate, that it's associated with this hotel.

Always good to be back. Nice and friendly service, clean and cosy room. Bed is very comfy. Half board is always good and more than enough with its diverse selection. I can also strongly recommend to try Brix Bistro! Wellness area is always clean and good place to relax.

If you come to Heviz for relaxation weekend I think it's a great place to stay. Clean cozy rooms, hospitable staff, decent food. Location is good - 2 steps from the lake area.

We had a great experience. I have to emphasize great cuisine. Very wide selection of breakfast and dinner. Stunning. Hotel is just a few steps from the thermal lake. Wellness is big and you can choose from several kinds of sauna including jacuzzi and swimming pool. Relax areas are there as well. - rooms could be bigger - it can be difficult to find a parking space I am happy to come again.
