★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, we were waiting 20min till somebody came to take the order. Langos was not crunchy as it should be. The prices are high and they add the service fee. Don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go there. Service is AWFUL! Very rude waiter, he reluctantly took our order and he didn’t bring us garlic sauce we specifically asked for. We ordered a takeout, and they still charged us not only for packaging, but for service and tip; three different charges. In the end they triple-checked if we payed for the meal already, which we did. It’s a scam for tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The langos was dripping in oil, our stomach hurts right now. The services was even worst. The waitress was barely speaking English which would not be an issue if she showed at least a spark of enthusiasm and interest in her customers. There were about 5 employees doing nothing and there were only two other tables occupied. A 12% service charge is added to the receipt. Avoid at all costs! The staff was very unfriendly.

Head waiter is rude and constantly wants to prove he is right and you are wrong. Had another customer with a complaint in front of me, he did nothing to make the customers experience better and only wanted to prove he did nothing wrong. Also the menu was unclear.
Would not recommend to come back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great, but we were not happy with service at all. Our waiter told us we’d have to wait for our order 30-60 minutes, at least (which was not the case), and was not very welcoming during our whole lunch experience. After our meal, upon paying our meal, we left a tip and were just about to leave the restaurant when he called us back saying something wasn’t right. The part that “wasn’t right” was us still “owing” around 500 Ft - for the service. He made us feel very uncomfortable (since we were not aware the service is also chargable there) and he was showing signs of anger by his gestures as well. Quite honestly, not a place that should be charging service, at all. The restaurant is actually a night club, but serves food during day time. Most of the restaurants in that area (the Budapest centre) did not charge their service (at least not as an extra charge) but they could, because the service was indeed splendid. We loved the food, enjoyed the Hungarian cuisine, but the experience wasn’t the best.
