★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budapest Airport Sixt - their customer after-service is disaster. Definitely do not recommend. Their CS is not responding on your emails, so if you will get from them an invoice with wrong company data, it takes sooome time till that be corrected.

I took out the insurance on his recommendation and it is worth the extra just for the piece of mind. Keep up the good work guys ?

Especially appreciated the local office team's effort when I realized I forgot my cell phone in the car when the office was closed and I had to leave the country. They located the phone within an hour and helped me ship it back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst office…I insisted on receiving the final invoice and received it, but unfortunately an additional amount was deducted after two days and they did not inform me of anything and I am sure of what I am saying. They do not respond to emails, only compliment you on Google….I do not recommend this office at all.

I normally drive from Budapest to Slovakia when I visit my family. Without your services, life would have been complicated. Your clear communication, friendliness and professional attitude makes hiring a car very easy and stress free. I’ve driven everything from your A class Mercedes to your Range Rover and I can say, you provide high quality, well maintained and clean cars at all levels of premium. It’s a pleasure to hire from Sixt, I really look forward to picking up the keys from you soon on my next trip to Budapest and Slovakia.
