★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier on Dec, Monday 20th at 5AM was incredibly rude to us. I was shocked! I never experienced such bad service in my life.
I asked her for a cup holder because the cup was too hot and she yelled at us saying: No, go away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffee from the famous brand at the 2B terminal. But the sweets isn’t worth a try. One big plus, is that they have the best sitting area with a view over the whole terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, whilst 4 girls behind counter, queue is huge and very slow,the 2 girls making coffees are chatting away head heartedly and couldn’t care less ab asking ppl ahead of payment if they want any coffees to speed up things, they are too absorbed by their personal life’s stories. Their manners also v poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought coffee here and it was horrible. Not sure whether it was mixed with more water than coffee or what they have done to it but it doesn't taste like it does in any other Costa. Not sure if they are following the standards or simply following their own instructions. Avoid this place and buy coffee in advance or try Cafe Frei which is available after passing passport control ?
