L	László Rigó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az asztalokon nincs tájékoztató, hogy önkiszolgáló a kávézó. Negyed óra után jött az asztalt leszedni a pultos, akkor közölte, hogy a pultnál kell rendelni. Kelletlen hozzáállás jellemezte a kiszolgálást.

Egy önkiszolgáló kávézóban akkora tálcán kell egyensúlyozva elvinni a vásárolt terméket amire kizárólag egy eszpresszó fér rá pl egy capuccino már nem. Ha többen vagyunk külön kell mindenkinek elhozni. Barátnőm kért tálcát a capuccinojához - a válasz az volt hogy ahhoz már nem jár tálca sőt a grappapohárban felszólítást csapva sem. The coffee is excellent. There are problems with the service. In a self-service café, you have to take the purchased product balanced on a tray that is large enough to hold an espresso, for example a cappuccino. If we are more than one, everyone has to bring it separately. My girlfriend asked for a tray for her cappuccino - the answer was that she no longer had a tray for it, not even a call in the grappa.
P	Panni Peterdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kellemes hely, kicsit magasabb árszínvonalon. Nem volt koffeinmentes kávé, ezért a 4 csillag. Pleasant place, at a slightly higher price level. There was no decaffeinated coffee, so 4 stars.

Pultban hárman, beszélgetnek, telefont nyomkodnak... Itt egész egyszerűen nincs szolgáltatás. Értem én, hogy valami lehet önkiszolgáló... Egy kávézó ilyen formában ne legyen az mert ez kiábrándító. The only positive about the place is that it is dog friendly. At least on the board. The service ... I wouldn't give it 1 star because it doesn't. There are three of them at the counter, talking, pressing the phone ... There is simply no service here. I understand that something can be self-service ... A café in this form should not be because it is disappointing.
P	Polgar Miklós on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas kiszolgálás, unott és lekezelő stílus még a köszönés sem sikerült. Személyzet nem tudja pontosan milyen kávékal dolgoznak, az arabica light pörkölés helyett vagy belndet adtak vagy szörnyen rossz a kávé. Mindezeken felül, nem lehet tejszínt sem kérni. Terrible service, bored and condescending style, not even the greeting succeeded. Staff don’t know exactly what kind of coffees they work with, instead of roasting the arabica light, they’ve either gutted or the coffee is terribly bad. On top of all that, you can’t ask for cream either.

Várhatóan borzalmas a kiszolgálás és csupán a menedzsment akciója hogy FakeNice értékelésekkel próbál javítani a vitathatatlanon. Ez a kétség nem tudott sokáig érlelődni bennem, ahogy a pulthoz léptem kiderült hogy az 1* a valós. Kellemetlen, modortalan, unott kiszolgálás. Nem tudom milyen a kávé, mert a személyzet attól is elvette a kedvemet hogy elfogyasszam amit kikértem. When only 5 to 1 star ratings can be found for a restaurant, it is worth approaching it carefully. The service is expected to be horrible and it is just the action of the management that FakeNice is trying to improve on what is indisputable. This doubt could not mature in me for a long time, as I walked to the counter it turned out that 1 * was real. Unpleasant, timeless, bored service. I don’t know what coffee is like because the staff also took my toll on what I asked for.
Z	Zsófia Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az asztalok rendszeresen koszosak, a kiszolgálás pedig finoman szólva nem kedves. A kávé rendben van, ha valaki mégis itt fogyasztaná el azzal nincs gond... Az Allee és főleg az ide betérő vendég megérdemelne egy 5 csillagos helyet, ahova szívesen ül be/le az ember... Unfortunately, the tables are regularly dirty and the service is not nice to say the least. The coffee is fine, if anyone still consumes it there is no problem ... Allee and especially the guest coming here would deserve a 5-star place, where one would like to sit in / down ...
B	Bettina Szndr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tobbszor ettem már itt. Jó kis hely bár nagyon draga. Annyira nem kiemelkedo a választék. Negatívuma az, hogy sok “intelligens” ember a kassza előtt várja meg a kávéját, és ott beszélgetnek, így túl kell kiabálni őket mint a kasszásnak, mint nekem. Volt olyan amikor 1 ember szolgált ki mindenkit, és annyit kellett várjak, hogy eljöttem. I've eaten here many times. Good little place though very expensive. The selection is not so outstanding. The downside is that a lot of “smart” people wait for their coffee in front of the checkout and talk there, so they have to shout too much like a checkout like me. There was a time when 1 person served everyone and I had to wait so long for me to come.
