A kerékpár egyik alkatrészét még ki kellett cserélni, ahhoz pedig ott kellett hagynom a nyeregcsövet. Ez volt csütörtökön. Péntek délben indultunk Balaton körre. Az alkatrészt péntek délutánra vagy szombatra ígérték, így bár szomorúan, de belenyugodtam, hogy hétvégén még nem tudok az új cangával hasítani. Pénteken mégis felbátorodtam, és kértem őket, hogy esetleg meg tudják-e oldani, azonban akkor azt a választ kaptam, hogy sajnos nem. Egy óra múlva visszahívtak, hogy máshogy megoldották, és mehetek a kerékpárért! Jófej dolog volt! I bought a used bike at the store, which they had on commission. On Friday, though, I was encouraged and asked if they might be able to resolve it, but then I got the answer that unfortunately it wasn’t. An hour later they called me back to solve it differently and I could go for the bike! That was a good thing!

Sajnos most a munkfelvevő kicsit elszállt az árakkal így nem lett átvizsgáltatva a kerékpár. Kedves Tulajdonos! Itt tudok válaszolni Önnek. A férjem bevitte a bicaját gumicserére és szerettük volna ha átvizsgaljak. Mondta az idősebb úr hogy a gumi 6000,- + munkadíj az átvizsgálás pedig 30.000,- forint erre mondta a párom hogy az nagyon drága nem kéri, akkor csak a gumicserét. Mondta a felvevő, hogy fél óra mire lecserélik. Le is cserélték végül mk.dijal együtt 9000,- forint volt. Zárójelbe hozzá tenném hogy amikor a férjem jött kifelé a mk díj összegére a fiatalab szerelő mondta a mk felvevőnek hogy sokat mondtál ezt hallotta a férjem is. Nincs gond mert a munkájuk kifogástalan ezért is jártunk Önökhöz, ezt az átvizsgalát túltolta az úr. Pontosan ez történt. The older gentleman said that the tire is 6000, - + the fee for the inspection is 30,000, - HUF, my partner told me that it is not very expensive, it only requires a tire change. The recorder told me it was half an hour before they were replaced. It was eventually replaced by mk.dijal together with HUF 9,000. I would add in parentheses that when my husband came out for the mk fee, the younger mechanic told the mk recorder that you said a lot about that, my husband also heard this. There is no problem because their work is impeccable, which is why we came to you, the gentleman exaggerated this examination. That's exactly what happened.

Defekt javítás miatt érkeztem, perceken belül orvosolták, emberi áron. Hangulat: kiváló. Vevő orientáltság: kiváló. Árak: vevő barátok. Még nem tudják, hogy ha később is hozzák a mai hozzám állást és árakat, akkor szereztek egy tuti kuncsaftot a személyemben. A 3 bringánk közül mindig kell valamelyiket bütykölni, vagy kell valami bi..-ba... valamelyikre. Nekem sem időm, sem tudásom hozzá. Megyek hozzájuk újra! For now full 5 stars. :))) I've been somewhere else so far, but I think that will change today. I arrived for a puncture repair, they were repaired within minutes, at a human cost. Atmosphere: excellent. Customer orientation: excellent. Prices: buyer friends. They don’t even know that if they bring me today’s job and prices later, they’ve gotten a good time in my person. We always have to tinker with one of our 3 bikes, or we need something to .... I have neither the time nor the knowledge to do so. I'm going to them again!

Az "úriember" megkérdezte, hogy megvárom-e míg kicseréli, vagy visszajövök. Mondtam,hogy addig elszaladok a közelbe vàsàrolni. Fél óra múlva tértem vissza kb, ahol az említett ember szemrehànyóan közölte, hogy màr éppen bosszankodott, hogy rég letelt a negyed óra. Elkért 4580 ft-ot egy belső cserére. Mivel nagy,nehez szatyorral voltam hazàig toltam. Mire újra hasznàlni szerettem volna a biciklimet, a hátsó kerekem ugyanolyan lapos volt mint előtte. Visszavitte a párom, hogy szeretné, ha garanciàba kicserélnék. Kicserélte, majd üti be a 4580 ft-ot a penztàrgépbe ugyanaz a "kedves szakember". A pàrom ezt szóvà tette, hogy hát nem erről volt szó, a munkadíjat szívesen kifizeti de belső àràt nem szeretné. Ennek az lett a vége, hogy az ember közölte, neki kerülgetnie kellett a biciklit, és hogy ne is adjon a pàrom semmilyen pénzt, "takarodjon ki az üzletből a gcibe." Kérdezem én, mint vàsàrlo, es szinten szolgaltato iparban dolgozó, hogyan engedheti meg valaki magànak ezt a minősíthetetlen hangnemet es stílust?! Kritikan aluli, ha rajtunk múlik le is húzhatjàk a rolót, mert biztos hogy senkinek sem fogjuk ajánlani a helyet! Illetve büszke lehet magàra az emlitett úriember hogy sikerült lehúznia egy laikus nőt majdnem 5 ezer forinttal. Nevetséges! Disgusting, unprofessional attitude, outrageous style. Half an hour later, I returned around, where the man said reproachfully that he was just annoyed that a quarter of an hour had passed. He asked for 4580 ft for an internal exchange. Being a big, heavy bag pushed me home. By the time I wanted to reuse my bike, my rear wheel was as flat as before. My partner took it back that he wanted me to replace it with a warranty. He was replaced and then struck the 4580 ft into the cash register by the same "dear specialist". My couple said that this was not the case, they are happy to pay their wages but do not want an internal price. The end of it was that the man said he had to get around the bike and not even give my couple any money, "hide the g cibe out of the store." I ask, as a customer working in the service and level industry, how can anyone afford this unqualified tone and style ?! It is too critical that if it is up to us, they can pull the blinds down, because we will definitely not recommend the place to anyone! Also, the mentioned gentleman can be proud of himself that he managed to pull down a lay woman with almost 5 thousand forints. Ridiculous!
