★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantasztikus ügyfélkezelés, sok szolgáltató és kereskedő tanulhatna tőlük.... Először jártam náluk, előtte olvastam 1-2 negatív kommentet is (a sok pozitív mellett) a kiállhatatlan "öregasszonyról", hát, el nem tudom képzelni, hogy ez arról a hölgyről szólna, aki az én bringámat felvette. Türelmes, mindent elmond, és még vicces is volt. Igazi profi csapat a család. Örülök, hogy végül őket választottam!
 Fantastic customer service, a lot of service providers and merchants could learn from them .... I visited them first, I also read 1-2 negative comments (in addition to the many positive ones) about the unbearable "old woman", well, I can't imagine that it would be about that lady who picked up my bike. He was patient, told everything, and was even funny. A real professional team for the family. I'm glad I finally chose them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon jókat hallottunk a helyről, ezért is jöttünk ide egy olyan alkatrészért amit az interneten sehol nem találtunk meg. Itt volt! :) Kedves, nagy tapasztalattal rendelkező szervízes "bácsi" még tanácsokkal is ellátja vásárlóit, hogy a vásárolt alkatrészt hogyan érdemes beszerelni, karbantartani. Máskor is ide jövünk szervízzel kapcsolatban.
We heard very good things about the place, which is why we came here for a part we couldn’t find anywhere on the internet. It was here! :) Your kind, highly experienced service "uncle" even advises his customers on how to install and maintain the purchased part. Other times we come here for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha baj van a biciklivel, akkor ide szoktam hozni szervizelni, remek ár-érték arányban dolgoznak. Illetve gyors és minőségi munkát is végeznek ezek mellett! Akárhányszor voltam itt, sosem csalódtam. Ajánlani tudom őket.
If there is a problem with the bike, I usually bring it in for service, they work great value for money. They also do fast and quality work! No matter how many times I’ve been here, I’ve never been disappointed. I can recommend them.

Defektet kapott a babakocsink, rodeóztam vele a gyerkőccel egy parkban ahol királydinnye volt, össze is szedett párat a kerék... 2 napig kerestem az interneten megfelelő gumit, de sehol nem volt raktáron, gondoltam itt próbát teszek. Már a telefonban rendkívül kedves volt a hölgy, amikor pedig zárás előtt pár perccel megérkeztem, akkor nagyon készségesen segített és rögtön nekiláttak a belső kicserélésének. Még jó tanáccsal is ellátott, hogy Újpesten hol vigyázzak a jövőben, hol található ilyenkor királydinnye... Eszem megáll. ? Jót is beszélgettünk és amikor fizettem, akkor sem ért csalódás, nagyon korrekt árakon dolgoznak. A jövőben ide hozom a bringáinkat is!

I searched the internet for the right tire for 2 days, but it wasn't in stock anywhere, I thought I'd give it a try here. The lady was already extremely nice on the phone, and when I arrived a few minutes before closing, she was very willing to help and they started replacing the inside right away. He even gave me good advice on where to take care of Újpest in the future, where to find a melon at such times ... I will stop. ? We also had a good conversation and when I paid I was not disappointed either, they work at very fair prices. I will bring our bikes here in the future!
