Situato nel vero centro di Budapest, nella famosa Vaci utca, rende la struttura ideale per non spendere soldi in trasporti. Moltissime le scelte di bar, ristoranti e supermercati in zona. CASA: Ben arieggiate e con un ottima esposizione alla luce. Affaccio direttamente in Vaci utca, ma per nulla rumorosa, essendo collocata al 3 piano. La casa dispone di una camera matrimoniale enorme, di un soggiorno con angolo cottura e di un bagno con doccia molto grande. Essendo un palazzo d'epoca i tetti sono alti e il pavimento tutto in parquet, un po' rumoroso. Il letto, Queen size, e molto comodo. Nel soggiorno c'è anche un divano letto, anche questo Queen size. SERVIZI: La casa e attrezzata di tutto, dalla lavatrice all'asciugatrice, stendibiancheria, ferro e asse da stiro. Non manca veramente nulla. C'è una TV in camera (non smart, quindi niente Netflix), impianto stereo, e una buona linea wifi. Non c'è il climatizzatore, ma i ventilatori a disposizione non ne fanno sentire la mancanza. La casa, offre anche un servizio navetta privato per 25€, io ho optato per i mezzi pubblici, più economico. CONTO: Ottimo, ad agosto, in 2 abbiamo pagato 32€ a notte (16€ a persona), per dormire in un bel appartamento nel centro città e perfetto. LOCATION: One hundred year old building, renovated, well maintained and clean. Located in the very center of Budapest, in the famous Vaci utca, it makes the ideal property for not spending money on transport. Many choices of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. HOME: Well ventilated and with excellent exposure to light. Directly overlooking Vaci utca, but not at all noisy, being located on the 3rd floor. The house has a huge double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a very large shower. Being a period building, the roofs are high and the parquet floor is a bit noisy. The bed, Queen size, is very comfortable. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, also Queen size. SERVICES: The house is equipped with everything from washing machine to dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Nothing really is missing. There is a TV in the room (not smart, so no Netflix), stereo, and a good wifi line. There is no air conditioning, but the fans available do not make you feel the lack. The house also offers a private shuttle service for € 25, I opted for public transport, which is cheaper. BILL: Excellent, in August, in 2 we paid 32 € per night (16 € per person), to sleep in a nice apartment in the city center and perfect.
