Á	Ádám Nagy-Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az orvosi ellátás színvonala kb. megegyezik a közkórházi szinttel, kb 2 perc alatt megvan a diagnózis, az ambuláns lapra felkerül 3-4 szó, meg pár orvosi rövidítés, amit otthon szótárazhatsz a netről. Szóban nem kaptam segítséget a problémám kezeléséhez, csak egy receptet írtak fel. Viszont 10 eFt a 3 perces vizit, amire - a TB-ssel ellenben - legalább hamar lehet időpontot kapni. A környezet csili-vili, talán ez a legerősebb oldala a helynek. The quality of medical care is approx. it is equivalent to the public hospital level, it has a diagnose in about two minutes, there are 3-4 words on the outpatient board, and a few medical abbreviations you can inscribe at home from the net. In fact, I did not get help handling my problem, only a recipe was written. On the other hand, 10Ft is the 3 minute visit, which - at the same time as TB - can be given a quick time. G	György Prekub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem jutottam el a Setcenterbe, mert az ügyfélszolgálat nem volt képes időpontot biztosítani a Spiroergometria és egyéb vizsgálatokra. Első megkeresés december közepén történt, akkor az ünnepekre való tekintettel nem volt szabad időpont, kérte az ügyfélszolgálat, hogy januárban jelentkezzek. Második megkeresésem január 19.-én történt. Ekkor kaptam időpontot január 30 keddre. január 22.-én egy kérdéssel felhívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, ahol nem tudtak az időpontomról, mivel január 19. én nem működött a számítógépes rendszer. A férfi kollegától, a hölgy kollegához nem került át az információ. ( Kellemetlen lett volna, ha foglalás nélkül megjelenek). Ekkor új időpontot foglaltunk és mivel kedden nem elérhető az orvosuk így átkerült csütörtöki időpontra. Lefoglaltuk a február 1. csütörtöki Időpontot. Mivel nem debreceniek vagyunk, ezért hozzáigazítottuk a szabadságot és egyéb időpontjainkat. Január 23.-án felhívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, hogy kérek egy időpontot a feleségemnek is, az időpontom környékére. Visszaigazolták, hogy minden rendben, jöhetünk. Január 26.-án felhív az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy, hogy tévedés történt, csütörtöki napon nem fogadnak csak sportolókat, és válasszak egy keddi napot. Visszahívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, hogy akkor tegyük át a legközelebbi keddi napra. Sajnos az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy már nincs számítógép előtt, de látatlanban tudja, hogy a legközelebbi keddi időpont nem alkalmas. Hívjam őket jövőhéten... Itt lett elegem az egészből. 7-8 beszélgetés alatt képtelenek egy időpontot kijelölni, amikor igénybevehetem a szolgáltatásaikat. Iskolapéldája, hogy egy (akármilyen jó) szolgáltatást egy pocsék ügyfélszolgálat hogyan tud tönkretenni... Ez nem proffeszionális! On January 26, the customer service lady calls that a mistake has been made, Thursday will not only accept athletes and I will choose a Tuesday. I called customer service back so we could move it to the next Tuesday. Unfortunately, the customer service lady is no longer in front of the computer, but invisibly knows that the next Tuesday date is not suitable. I'll call them next week ... That's where I got tired of it all. During 7-8 conversations, they are unable to set a time when I can use their services. A school example of how a (any good) service can be ruined by a lousy customer service ... This is not a professional!
G	Gábor Simkó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az intézmény tiszta, szép és modern. A személyzet udvarias, kedves, precíz és segítőkész. A vizsgálatok szervezetten és gyorsan folynak. Egyetlen megjegyzés: a férfi WC-ben jó lenne valamilyen kis polcot elhelyezni, amire a vizeletmintát lehet a felöltözés idejére elhelyezni (de ez a legtöbb hasonló intézményben szintén nincs megoldva...) The institution is clean, beautiful and modern. The staff is polite, kind, precise and helpful. Investigations are organized and fast. Single comment: it would be good to place some small shelf in the men's toilet, on which the urine sample can be placed during the dressing (but this is also not solved in most similar institutions ...)

A vizsgálat annyiból állt, hogy meghallgatta a panaszaimat majd felírt egy olyan gyógyszert, ami hónapok óta ki van vonva a forgalomból. Habár a helyen számtalan kezelés igénybevételére lenne lehetőség, ők ezt marketing-szempontjából nem igyekeznek meglovagolni. A krioterápiás kezelés (amennyiben nem próbálta az illető, úgy csak 2 percet javasolnak) teljesen túlmisztifikált. Az, hogy percenként 500 kalóriát éget, orvosilag nem bizonyított, illetve hogy a hatása egy délutáni alvással ér fel abszolút túlzás. Örültem volna, ha első tapasztalatom során tényeket hallok erről a kezelésről. Customer service works below criticism. I asked for an appointment for cryotherapy well in advance, they didn’t even bother to call or write back to my email for TWO WEEKS. While there would be a myriad of treatments available on site, they don’t try to ride it from a marketing standpoint. Cryotherapy treatment (if not tried, it is only recommended for 2 minutes) is completely over-mystified. The fact that you burn 500 calories per minute is not medically proven, or that its effect with an afternoon of sleep is an absolute exaggeration. I would have been happy to hear facts about this treatment in my first experience.

Azért nem 5 csillag, mert időpontra mentem, de több mint fél órát kellett várni. With me, both the receptionist and the participants in the investigation were kind and fair.
