2018: I visited them in early December to buy a watch. There was also a type looking out on the net in the store, there were 2 sales ladies in the store who helped me said we could take an eye out of the metal strap to get the right size. After paying for the watch, I asked for the strap to be adjusted, the other seller kindly "sent" me to come back later and do it ... I would note that there was 1 more person in the store besides me, I sure didn’t want me to hold up the huge crowd. I had a bit of a “let me leave the money here and go already” feeling. Anyway ... I took it to the competition where the watchmaker set the size in 5 minutes. 2020 Update: I asked for help with an warranty problem that arose in an email in late November / early December but to date I have not received a response - my worst decision was to buy from them.

Very super store. We took a watch, the service and the environment were nice. The sales lady was very helpful.

I ordered a watch from them, the delivery time was given but the watch did not arrive. I wrote to them, of course I didn't get an answer. Since it would have been a gift, I resigned. Not even a lice "sorry" came in response. I do not recommend ?

My couple bought my engagement ring with them, it got big, so we took it back to them to deploy. When I got it back the size looked good, there was only a minor flaw in it but it didn't bother me. This happened last summer, then in the winter I realized that unfortunately it was still big, I took it to them again to deploy, when I took over the ring, nothing appeared, but at home the stone fell out of it, luckily not on the way. I took it to another goldsmith, who said that because of the narrowing, the stone socket should not be touched in advance, and when he looked closely at the ring, he said that the alloy number could have been polished during the narrowing because there was only a small stain in place or socket was not well made by default. Incidentally, when I first took it back to narrow it, sellers should have said I should choose the narrowest size because in heat the blood vessels dilate, making the finger thicker and in winter vice versa, the blood vessels become narrower and thinner. Unfortunately I didn’t know that because I haven’t worn a ring so far, I had no experience in it. All in all, I don’t recommend anyone take this piece of jewelry to this store for repair! The supply, on the other hand, is nice.

Woman in arrogant shop. You will not receive a warranty watch on the grounds that you will not be able to take it to service within the warranty period. The other reason you don’t take over is that they are not repair shops. The money had to solve the buyer’s problem. I would not recommend the store to anyone. In fact, the store has a terrible bad attitude. It can also be seen in the evaluation.

No one was in the store, but the lady on sale was still so condescending and arrogant. He didn't want to come there to help. After that, he didn't want to take out the watch we looked at ... we'd rather order it online from elsewhere, 20% cheaper anyway ...

I met very arrogant, contemptuous sales women here. I have a male colleague, he was kind and helped me choose the right size. I was looking for a silver ring because it fits my necklaces best. I bought a silver ring, AFTER A MONTH a stone fell out of it, just while wearing it, smoothly. I took it back today and it was said that "yes, it happens so often" and that it would be about 7,000 HUF for the repair, which I would have to pay. No thanks. Pandora is much more flexible in this area, it gives a basic 2-year guarantee for products over HUF 10,000, and they are not impatient or skeptical when shopping. Why do women who seem to hate people work in a business like this? : D
