★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oversold tickets, causing lots of passengers to not able to board the boat. The offered solution was to wait for an hour.
The only good thing was the staff who handled it calmly and professionally. However, it turns out they sell the ticket at lots of prices, 2400 HUF officially, but someone bought tickets at 5€/person (about 1500HUF).
Other staffs were not only unhelpful, one was even quite violent refusing refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited one hour in the queue even if they constantly said that the boat was arriving. It was very bad cause it was very cold and windy. They should be more honest with their client. When in the boat, the voice guide who should explain about budapest, spoke in a not clear English we couldn't understand anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All docks are similar. Most have the river tour boats and some have boat restaurants. Opposite to parliament there is also a Boat Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite stuff, nice sailing on Danube river, around Margit island. Ticket is usable for multiple use, lasting two days. This is great. You can hop of in island, then wait some next tour to get back.
3 * because of the ticket seller on the street. He told 4 min by walk till dock 10, but it was much, much more, on 35 C with a kid we barelly reached the destination. So, distance x4!
3* for overall impression due to the nonpolite travellers on the boat, who were so rude, who were extremelly loud, sitting on the window desk with foots on seats, who took our seat, beside we told that is reserved. Disguisting pebbles.
