Do not take this boat in the summer. Half the seats are inside with no air conditioning. Run away fast! But be sure and try the great Hungarian food across the street at The Imperator, cheers.

We payed in advance and we were told to come half an hour earlier (at nine) for our trip at 9:30. We arrived even earlier at 8:40 to get first in queue only to find out at around nine o'clock that a group of 20-30 people would form a new queue and manage to get on board first, leaving us and 100 people still in line! How unprofessional to sort people this way, just because they were a big group they had the chance to bypass all of us! The ship was small so we refused to sit at seats without nice view and we managed to get a refund after some angry words with the rude staff... Never again!

Its good to be around 6- 8 PM in the cruise, coz the city lights up then. its nearly 40 min in the cruise, but they say it is for an hr. There are a audio gadget given to every member, but the signal was too week to catch the complete audio. Otherwise, its a worth journey, that crosses 7 bridges explaining the history. Be early atleast 45 min before your journey in the queue to get into the cruise.

Definitely the worst experience I've had. I'm giving one star only because it's not possible to rate zero stars. It seems to be the cheapest Danube river cruise, and there are reasons for that. It is only 1 hour long, while others are at least 1 hour and a half. And not even that, when we took the cruise it lasted about 45-50 minutes, we reached the 1 hour time only because of the time to board and leave the boat (plus waiting for the departure). They have a lot of people on the shore selling tickets, but there seems to be no communication between them and the people on the boat - therefore the waiting line was incredibly long. Getting a ticket from ambulant vendors does not guarantee you will actually get on the boat because of the waiting time. The audio guide and the movement of the boat were really out of sync - you would hear descriptions of points of interest even 5 minutes before reaching them, so by the end of the tour you're not really sure what description was for what building and so on. Only thing I can mention as a plus is that when we initially took the cruise there were high winds and it started to rain (so the cruise was cancelled) - we were able to use the same tickets the next day. If I were to go on a cruise on the Danube river I would definitely choose other providers. It might be a bit more expensive, but it can't be worse than this.

Stay away from this cruise operator if you can! We were sold a ticket for a 21:30 tour at 19:00 and told to be at the dock by 21:00 to have good seats. The line was already maybe at 21:00 and we didn't make it on one of the two boats leaving at 21:30 and all the staff had to say was, that the tickets don't reference a time and the next boat would leave by 22:00. To make matters worse, hair of the group got on a boat and we were split up. TL;DR: This boat company is lying in your face to sell tickets and if you want to be a customer anyways, never ever split up.

Well managed touristic class equipment

Waste of money. They give all offers for getting money. We went for night ride. The boat was over crowded. Not sure if the boat license should be revoked for that. People who came early was sitting and people who came late was standing blocking the view. They have really few rides. That makes it too crowded. And you need to stand queue to enter the boat. Though we could ride the boat again next 2 days. We never bothered to visit again. But only good point is we get some stunning photos from the river at night.

Very nice views if you getting the sightseeing boat, great old buildings loaded with history. Make sure you take camera with you, you going to love it
