M	Márton Fekete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy ismerősnek segítettem ELMŰ visszakapcsolás ügyben (egy étteremben). 7.58-kor hívtam, azt mondta a Hölgy, hogy 8 és 12 között jönnek. Megkérdeztem, hogy tudnak-e pontosabb időpontot adni vagy hívni előtte, mert nem érünk oda 2 perc alatt, mondja nem. Erre mondtam hogy fogja fel, hogy 2 perc kevés, válaszul lerakta. Az más kérdés, hogy az ELMŰ Hallerben a bzigyerek csak annyit mondott, hogy keressük ki google-ben ennek a cégnek a számát, ő nem tudja (...végülis csak odaküldték őket kikapcsolni). Itt vagyok 2 gyerekkel, konkrétan rám törtek. Minősíthetetlen magatartás, messzire elkerülendő cég. k	kitty gugyela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi is igy jàrtunk egyeztetès minden nèlkül 2 pici gyermek mellet levàgtak minket az oszloprol..elèrni őket nem lehet màr multhèt ota hivjuk őket..? azt hiszem ha elèrem az irodàjukat elküldõm melegebb èghajlatra az összeset de arra is szàmitsanak hogy az ügyvèd keresni fogja őket!!!! ? S	Sándor Kalocsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minősíthetetlenül rossz ügyintézés a szerelőről pedig csak annyit hogy a munkalapra azt rögzítette hogy nem tudott elérni többszöri keresésre sem.Hol ott egyszer sem hívott nem is volt az adott látásnál. Majd le adta a munkalapot. Most már a második munkalap van folyamatban, de még mindig nem hívott a szerelő időpont egyeztetésre . Felhívtam az irodályukat majd kegyesen közölték hogy mindjárt felhívja a szerelőt ugyanis már eltelt négy nap és semmi. Na eddig még senki nem hívott. Na ezt nevezem én gyors szakszerű szakembereknek. Plusz kiszállási díjra hajtanak, első munka alkalmával mondvacsinált indokkal dobják vissza az ELMŰ-től megrendelt órabővítési munkálatokat!!! Hogy mi alapján azt senki nem tudta megmutatni, semmilyen írott hivatkozási alapja nem volt az illetőnek. Anyone who can do this should avoid this company and all its employees. They drive for an extra disembarkation fee, on the occasion of the first work, they throw back the hour extension works ordered from ELMŰ for a reason !!! On the basis of which no one could show it, the person had no written reference to it.
S	Szilvia Páva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha tehetném, mínusz csillagot kapna tőlem ez a cég. Múlt héten megjelent egy emberük a semmiből, közölve, hogy ő bizony most kikapcsolja az áramot. Semmiféle határozatot, megbízólevelet nem mutatott fel és a kifogásra fenyegetőzve kijelentette, hogy ki tudja ám kötni az alattunk lévő emeletről is. Őszintén le voltam döbbenve, mivel rendszeresen és pontosan fizetjük az áramdíjat, hosszas ügyintézés után derült ki, hogy rossz számlaszámra. Elismerve ezt mégis döbbenet, hogy 2022-ben minden előzetes értesítés nélkül, brutális balkáni módon és módszerekkel kötik ki gyanútlan polgárok lakásából az áramot. Amikor ezt felróttam a munkásnak, még odavetette, hogy ezek után nem adja meg a számát a visszakötéshez, ami mellékesen 28 ezer (!!) forint. Na sebaj, ki a bánat akarja ezek után, hogy visszajöjjön hozzánk. :D SOS ügyintézést követően, 16 órával később egy másik munkatárs jött visszakötni, az egy csillag neki jár. Szakszerű volt, gyors és kedves. Humánus. A fenti "úriembernek" üzenem: így is lehet.. If I could, this company would get a minus star from me. He did not show any decision or letter of credence and, threatening to object, stated that he could tie him up from the floor below us. I was honestly shocked that we pay the electricity fee regularly and accurately, after a long administration it turned out to be a bad account number. Recognizing this, however, it is shocking that in 2022, without prior notice, electricity will be routed out of the homes of unsuspecting citizens in a brutal way and manner. When I blamed the worker for this, he even threw in that he would not give his number for the reconnection, which is HUF 28,000 (!!). Well, whoever wants grief after this to come back to us. : D After an SOS administration, 16 hours later, another co-worker came to tie him back, one star. He was professional, fast and kind. Humane. My message to the "gentleman" above: it could be ..
