T	Thanos Biris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i felt compelled to write a review, as i've had the BEST sleep i've EVER had in a hotel . This is due to 3 things: 1) the quiet location of the hotel, even though its quite central and close to a busy boulevard, its on a dead end, so not much trafffic, 2) we booked a superior room, which probably means that you get a room on a higher floor, but for me the main reason was 3) the excellent , hard mattress. Many hotels, even 5* ones , join 2 mattresses together in order to make up a king size one, but this one was a queen size mattress , in one piece! i havent slept like that in a very long time. not even in my bed! The Hotel is situated very well, close to everything you may need. The staff are young, and energetic and always willing to help. They booked for us : restaurants, excursions, baths... you name it. Very clean hotel , very spacious room, and adequate breakfast. Would be nice to see some smoked salmon on the menu, as well as better coffee. Would highly recommend at stay at this hotel .

The first room we got the bed sheaths were full of dust and there was unidentified stains on the bed cover, and the room was really warm (the air condition had to be turned on through the reception) . We complained and got another room, which smelled like smoke. When we got to our final room at least the bed sheaths were clean. The curtains had a lot of brown-red stains in the new room and the light in the bathroom was flickering. We told them about the bathroom light and asked them to fix it, which they didn’t. On our last day, we asked them to pre order us a taxi for the airport, were we specified we wanted to take a normal taxi with the Fö taxi company. They ordered us an airport transfer which were much more expensive then the official taxi company in Budapest. Overall definitely not a 4-star hotel, would not want to stay there again. The staff were friendly though, and the location is good.. that’s about the only positive things about the hotel.

The reception accused us of not paying for a cup of coffee after another staff member told my wife and I that it was complimentary. I’ve never had an experience like that at a hotel and just seemed out of place and unprofessional. To add insult to injury that same staff member triple checked that I actually paid for parking the night before.
M	Marissa Oxendine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 10 days by myself and the staff at Eurostars did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. The front desk staff always says hello and bye and you enter the lobby; the always recognize you & are willing to help with anything and everything. The breakfast and kitchen staff was always so welcoming and helpful, as well. The people at Eurostars make the experience so well worth it.
