con: the room was like a closet, full with single beds with dirty mattresses, although they had available empty rooms that looked somewhat better
con: no sheets, just matress dressing
con: towels and bed dressing worn out, bleached and with holes in them
con: tv with only hungarian channels
con: not one single place in the inner courtyard where you could sit and have a coffee altough the review pictures showed otherwise
con: bathroom made for thin and small people. if u sit on the toilet than there is no leg room, u have to sit sideways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not change towels, the bathroom hose was broken so I hardly took a shower or bath. The lady at 19 July was perfect she explain everything in details. You can drink free cafe and the outer common garden is good for relax and drink free cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could definitely be cleaner. The room was dusty, the water glasses in our room were greasy. But everything considered, we did sleep well and it is in a nice location. But for the level of service it should be cheaper (we paid 35 EUR pr. night).

Great location - the center of the city.
It is pretty cheap and the staff is friendly and ready to help.
But! This place is... kinda dirty, though they seem to clean rooms every day. You can expect that the bedding will be dirty... and the bathroom too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice. Room is just a bit noisy, but nothing that would bother me. However, the staff, specially Marton, made my trip to Budapest the nicest it could've possibly have been. He gave us nice tips around the city, from places to eat to places to visit and was quick to solve any minor issue we had on our room.
Fantastic, I surely recommend to anyone going there and will stay again when I come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of us actually lucked out and got the biggest room in the entire section we were in! The double bed had a little stain and the pillows were a bit damp, but no problem! We just wrapped the pillows with one blanket. The bedside lamps and lights are nice and bright. The fan was put into good use. The TV was barely used since it was all in Hungarian, but the wifi was super speedy so can’t fault that! The bathroom was super clean and the cleaner does a really good job. Overall, pretty good when you’re only there to sleep.
