Pozytywna: Apartament niezwykle czysty, ładnie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony (TV, klimatyzacja, suszarka do włosów) z ponad przeciętnymi dodatkami (kawa Nespresso, herbata, owoce powitalne, kosmetyki do kąpieli, kapcie kąpielowe, ręczniki, płatki kosmetyczne itp.). Bardzo miła obsługa - kontakt z właścicielką również przez whatsapp. Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko zapewnia komfort snu. Sam apartament jest jednym z 4 w mieszkaniu ze wspólną kuchnią (ekspres do kawy, czajnik, lodówka, komplet naczyń). Każdy ma swoją niezależną łazienkę z prysznicem w pokoju. Położenie apartamentu jest rewelacyjne - 800m do Parku, 1500m do Centrum - stacja metra tylko 2 minuty od apartamentu, zaraz obok delikatesy, kawiarnia i Lidl. Dzięki temu, że apartament jest od strony patio, jest cicho i spokojnie w nocy. Parking przy ulicy (płatny poza sobotą i niedzielą). Podsumowując - czysto, atrakcyjnie, z mega udogodnieniami i fajną obsługą - nic więcej nie trzeba! Polecamy i na pewno wrócimy.. Negatywna: Mały mankament - ściany między pokojami są dość cienkie i wieczorem było słychać gości obok, ale nie było to żadną dużą przeszkodą..

Positiv: Schön gelegen in einem alten Wohnblock. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett fast besser als daheim. Zur U-Bahn und diversen Bussen sind es nur wenige Schritte. Zu beiden Seiten des Gebäudes gibt es nette kleine Cafés. In der Unterkunft eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit kostenlosem Kaffee, Wasserkocher und einem Kühlschrank. Unsere Kontaktperson war gut erreichbar und nach Verabredung auch pünktlich. Von den anderen Hausgästen haben wir nichts mitbekommen.. Negativ: Wie schon öfter gewöhnt, ist das Haus etwas hellhörig. Gang und Gemeinschaftsküche sind leider überhaupt nicht schallabsorbierend eingerichtet, aber es hat uns nicht gestört. Insgesamt nicht lauter als in einem alten Mietshaus. Die (kostenlose!) Teeauswahl ist miserabel. Also bei Bedarf lieber eigenen besorgen..

Positive: Convenient to public transport and quiet and clean. Negative: Could use a microwave in the common area.

Positive: Great position, only few minutes walking to subway and buses stop. Host is a really nice and helpful lady..

Positive: Great accommodation in a peaceful location within walking distance to main high street, bars and restaurants. Approx 30 mins walk to Szimpla Kert and Karavan food market..

Wonderful stay in beautiful rooms - large comfy bed, beautiful spacious bathroom (just big shower), big screen TV... Rooms are connected by corridor to small common kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. Host was very kind and helpful :)

Positive: Easy room, with a nice view. Quit inviroment They have airconditioner. And a very good one.. Negative: A bit to noicy in the hallway early in the morning. Its not good isolated so, I woke up ay 6am in the morning. Cause you hear everything what people do there and say to eachother The warm water was a bit dissapointed.

Positive: Nice bathroom, big tv, good air con. Good location. Very secure property.. Negative: Room was a bit small for the length of stay we were there. Could have done with more storage space. Couldn’t get the safe to work. The memory foam mattress was not for me..
