Itt is sokan vannak, nehézkes sokszor az időpontfoglalás, de az ügyintézés a tapasztalataim alapján haladós és kulturált. Az Államkincstári kirendeltsége kissé furán megoldott, a két ügyintézője - érthető módon - nincs agyon terhelve, s talán éppen ennek okán várakozás nélkül indulhat az ügymenet. Közvetlen - már amennyire egy hivatalnok közvetlen lehet - és kedves, informatív a szerződéskötés menete. A magam mércéjéhez képest egy négycsillagos szolgáltatás, de a többi kormányablakhoz képest (melyekben eddig dolgom volt) kiérdemli az 5 csillagot. Not perfect, but based on my experience so far, it is the most pleasant of the Government Windows. There are many here as well, it is often difficult to make an appointment, but in my experience the administration is progressive and cultured. The branch office of the State Treasury is a bit strangely resolved, the two clerks are understandably not overburdened, and maybe that is why the case can start without waiting. It is direct - as much as an official can be direct - and the process of concluding a contract is kind and informative. It’s a four-star service by my own standard, but it deserves 5 stars compared to other steering windows (which I’ve been working on so far).

Inkorrekt tájékoztatás a bemutatandó papírok ügyében, minden alkalommal minden ügyintéző újabb hiányosságokat talál. Idestova 3 hónapja próbálkozunk. Az egész bürokrácia egy hányinger, megy a hatalomfitogtatás, gúnyolódás a szakértelem (legalábbis ez ügyben) hiánya mellett... Szomorú és elkeserítő...! Igazolja, hogy ott jartam. Hát köszi. Ha nincs jogallam, az pl ilyenkor nincs. Odamész és nem hajlandóak elvegezni a tv.-ben előíet feladataikat. Szánalom. Visszahívtak, adtak időpontot és minden nagyon gyorsan és zökkenőmentesen ment. Úgyhogy nagyon jó tapasztalatom van. Köszönöm

Ami nem működik a rendszerben (az e-Bejelentőre gondolok), amit otthon, saját számítógépemen nem tudtam megoldani, Orsi megtette. Segítőkész, kedves és profi! Profizmusát az is bizonyítja, hogy azokat az akadályokat is leküzdötte, amikbe talán ő is beleütközött a rendszer használata során. S mindezt türelmesen, idòt, energiát nem kímélve, és közben rám mosolyogva tette, így elrepült az ott töltött idő, s még a bánatomról is megfeledkeztem, az okról, amiért oda kellett mennem. Mindezt neki és kollégáinak köszönhetem. Who likes “office packing”? Nobody. But they don't pack here. What doesn’t work in the system (I mean the e-Notifier) that I couldn’t fix at home, on my own computer, Orsi did. Helpful, kind and professional! His professionalism is also evidenced by the fact that he overcame the obstacles he may have encountered in using the system. And he did all this patiently, without saving time and energy, and in the meantime smiling at me, so the time spent there flew away, and I even forgot about my grief, the reason I had to go there. I owe all this to him and his colleagues.
