陈	陈颖 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they changed their policy they should tell people, also how and what it changed should be told, otherwise, it is real confusing and inconvenient for people, like to get the TAJ number:( I don’t know the person’s name, but she is the most rude staff I have met til now. And also!!! If you provide the service like that to people, means you want us to serve you?! The attitude really sucks! However, the security guard is kind and helpful

I couldn't get it for 3 years (I was a full time student here, and I also have Hungarian nationality). Now, when I started working it was possible to get it, but with so much traveling between my workplace and this place carrying all the papers needed. I wanted to give 2 star because of this, but actually the employees were helpful (not so kind, but OK) and the waiting time was also acceptable.
A	Adilet Kanymet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has three entrances. One of them is for TAJ card and it was very quick service. Took not more than 20 minutes. Almost no queue. However, in other two entrances, do not know what kind of services they provide, but queue was very long.
K	Kasidid Rsk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there two times and still got nothing. I met a staff which is unfriendly and very rude. She works like a robot as she always asked for the papers which she have seen before. She did not try to understand or listen to me about my problem. It’s a nightmare.
