K	Kyle Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from not having the car I wanted availabke, they're 'cheaper' than other rental companies for a reason. They'll find every reason to charge you extra. I'll never rent from Hertz again because of my experience with this location.
Е	Евгений on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car for 3 days by internet. The price of car is more cheaper than another rental companies (even with child car seat provided by Hertz). No problem with returning car back to Hertz. I'm very satisfied.

Great central location too which makes it easy to access when staying in the city, but very easy to get out of town for a trip down to the Balaton as we did. We noticed a windscreen chip about 15 minutes after leaving, and having had bad experiences with rental car companies in Eastern Europe before feared we would be up for a few hundred bucks. A quick call to let them know what we discovered and they made a note on the file and all was good when we returned the car

They don’t like tourists, and will add up some cost on your bill as a small damage you can’t see and what some other car made when you parked in their lot over € 100 , I suggest look somewhere else so you can enjoy Budapest, they have the old communist mentality bad service and charge you for damages you didn’t do , interesting if you read other complaints you will see the same SCAM!!!!
1	1986 yuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deposit was 800 euro. When returning, some small scratch on bamper was found and 250 euro was charged. After it, 30 euro was transacted from credit card without explanation. I don’t know what kind of the costs.
A	A Dash of Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although check in was very pleasant, drop off was ridiculous. The man who we dropped the car off with spent 10 minutes searching through a car with no imperfections. I've never seen anyone search a car so closely, essentially looking for something to charge for. In the end he insisted that were charged extra to clean the car exterior. We rent cars often but do not plan to return to this location to do so.

However when I get back home I see a $380 extra charge. I call up to see what’s wrong, apparently a document was missing and the realized after signing off the car, when I can’t do anything about it. You signed a document saying everything is order, the car was now your responsibility, and if something was missing at that point, that’s on you. If you do not return my money, then your signature isn’t work the paper it’s printed on. Oh and on top of that, two $52 charges. They have no idea what those were for, but since it’s not in the system, they can’t refund it. This is absolute sham
